Been using CTD for many years but…
Been using CTD for many years but reconsidering that due to my experience over the past few weeks. The shop is always understaffed, the boys are run off their feet. We are waiting longer in the mornings because there is only 1 person serving, we cant get through on the phone and my customers are also starting to complain. Sort it out management, this used to be a great store.

All staff were extremely helpful and professional. Approachable and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, from spending time helping me choose a tile, to sourcing the add on items that I needed. Staff assisted me without any issues when I decided that I wanted to change some elements of my order at the last minute, after them going to the trouble of ordering everything. Excellent service. Very happy with products too. I have chosen CTD tiles Dundee twice now after shopping around and will definitely return to the store in future!

Visited the Dundee branch. Gareth was very helpful and his advice was extremely useful. Tiles were delivered on time again by Gareth who stacked them where we asked him to. Very pleased with the service.

The tiles have now been laid in our cloakroom and utility room. The help we were given in selecting the type and pattern of tile by CTD from their extensive range was excellent and the result is all that we had hoped for. Thank you for your professionalism and friendliness,

Brillant service fast and great quality…
Brillant service fast and great quality tiles. Staff amazing friendly and very helpful . Irish girl sorry cant remember her name who I have dealt with is superb and the reason why I come back also she gives you First class customer service and help you in every way with your tiles . Also the manager is great guy he is helpful and nothing is too much bother . Would recommend to family and friends and I wouldn't shop else where . Thank you for everything.

Just popped in to browse new tiles for our kitchen.....excellent customer service from a very knowledgeable member of staff ....
Quickly picked our tiles, got a price , paid and having tiles kept ready for when we need them ...also picked some tiles for redoing our outside step as well...
Would definitely recommend.....brilliant...
