As a landscaping company we buy all of our porcelain paving products from CTD. The range is fantastic, the products are good quality and the service we receive both pre and post sales from Simon and Daniel in Stenhouse, Edinburgh depot is exceptional - nothing is too much trouble.

Cancelled order
Ordered tiles online 28 January. 2 days later email from "Customer Excellence Coordinator" cancelling order as stock not available. Still waiting for refund 10 days later. Poor.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service from Maureen and her husband at the Edinburgh Stenhouse branch. I had left ordering our tiles far too late and Maureen arranged for them to be delivered the next day to Edinburgh without any extra charge or fuss. Her husband drove them through himself from Glasgow -I am so grateful and very happy to leave them a glowing review. Definitely 5 stars!

CTD Tiles has the perfect combination…
CTD Tiles has the perfect combination of physical showroom and online service. My local showroom in Edinburgh had an excellent selection of tiles on display and were able to order up samples for me to take home. Purchasing online was easy. Delivery was no problem, even though I live in an awkward-to-reach street. The staff in the main office, based in Denton, later went to considerable lengths to find me some additional tiles in a matching batch, for which I was grateful.
I will definitely recommend CTD tiles to others in future.

Good service- samples arrived well packaged. Placing order was straight forward on line. Easy to talk with someone when I had a question. Very clear and helpful emails were sent to me with updates. I collected the tiles from local warehouse and staff there were helpful too.
