Ordered tiles
Ordered tiles, the amount we needed was worked out by CTD for us, ordered in within two days/phoned to say they were ready. I had a very tight deadline/going to be difficult to collect time wise- so I believe it was Ray - said don’t worry I will deliver them if you can be at the other end to help unload!!!! AAAA+++++ service!!!

Really helpful, Cat and Ray gave friendly service, great advice and support in choosing my tiles and a no-problem refund for tiles I did not need. Great service, beautiful tiles! Could not be better.

Can highly recommend
Was recommended CTD when we were getting quotes to refurb our en-suite. First Class Customer Service
We spent a lot of time visiting "Tile Studio's"to choose new ceramic tiles for our kitchen /dining room. CTD at Lincoln were the only company we visited that showed any interest in what we were looking for. Ray & Cat between them made the whole experience worthwhile, their ability to listen & suggest along with their First Class Customer service made our job a whole lot easier. They were "On the Ball" from start to finish from ordering, telephone communication re storage and delivery couldn't be faulted. I have no hesitation at all in recommending CTD Lincoln over any other tile company we visited in Lincoln.

Great customer service, highly recommend
I visited numerous tile places looking for something for my en-suite. Cat was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Her colleague in the store side was also extremely helpful.(sorry didn't get his name!)
Tiles are great quality, and they look great. I was also able to get the adhesive, matching grout & edge trim in a lovely brushed brass.
Would definitely buy here again, and recommend.

Good quality tiles at a reasonable…
Good quality tiles at a reasonable price, managed to completely tile the shower area without breaking any tiles. The bathroom was tiled three years ago and I was amazed that CTD still stocked the same tiles and they matched perfectly.

Best Service Ever!
I have bought tiles from other places in the past but I have never met someone who has been so kind to help us find the right tile for us, Ray explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. One of the best customer service I have received anywhere, Cat was great at processing the order and ensuring everything was put through correctly and explained all the prices in detail. We really appreciate all your help!!

Very helpful staff, especially Ray. Tiles were delivered when expected and our order was specific to our needs and not just a bulk buy.
Tiles look good quality and expensive without the hefty pricetag.

Amazing tiles and customer service
We ordered tiles for the renovation of both our en-suite and main bathroom and they were super high quality and looked great aswell.
Ray from their Lincoln branch was super professional and helpful during the entire process, from giving advice to help our tile choice, to delivering the tiles, to helping us with the refund for our spare tiles.

Customer Service was second to none I took delivery of 'Treverkever' Wood…
I took delivery of 'Treverkever' Wood effect floor tiles for my kitchen/hall home project yesterday morning and have been thrilled with the service that I received from my first enquiry to their arrival. I found Ray to be extremely helpful; patient and never pushy. I called in many times; borrowed umpteen tiles to match up with my new kitchen cupboards; worktops and colour scheme before after weeks of pondering, I finally reached a decision. The choice of tiles on offer, quality and good old fashioned customer service kept me with CTD tiles. You won't be disappointed!
