EXCELLENT BRAND AMBASSADOR FOR YOUR ORGANISATION
I am a CEO in a different trade and during my visit to the Sittingbourne branch store today 15/10/2023 to look for QUARTZ DIMOND WHITE tiles I was assisted by your store staff member Dan, but unfortunately your organisation does not currently sell QUARTZ.Therefore, we discussed alternatives I thought I may wish to consider if I failed to find the QUARTZ in other reputable stores like yours.
I was in awe of DAN'S level of knowledge about the store product, he demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for his profession.Dan spoke knowledgeably and highly positively about the organisation just like one would with their own business.During his conduct he appeared professional , appeared to present as an excellent ambassador and an asset to the organisation.
In my opinion this is the calibre of staff any organisation would be confident and proud to be representing them.I never write reviews about store staff, but Dan has been the exception.
No doubt you have a brilliant recruitment team, and as an organisation you are doing something right when your frontline staff speak highly positively about their organisation.
Once again Dan you were brilliant, thank you for all your help today, it was much appreciated and it was a pleasure to have met you and to have been assisted by you.
