Exceptional customer service at Hillingdon CTD!
I was served by Gary who was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to find us the right product that matched our needs. His knowledge and suggestions was much appreciated and was a huge help to us in deciding what to go for. Having been to many other tile shops in my quest to find what I needed, I can say no other shop has offered such exceptional customer service and knowledge of their range.
As for the tiles... There was a great selection to choose from and prices were very competitive. Very pleased with my purchase and my experience at CTD Hillingdon. Special Thanks to Gary and Sergio.

If you want a tile shop with a great range of Tiles and accessories try out CTD Uxbridge branch. But better still . Gary who works there is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble when my wife and I was looking for tiles ect for our bathroom. He went out of his way to ensure he got a particular colour grout that was out of stock in his branch ordered and delivered within a few days in time for our bathroom fitter to use. Easy to see samples, friendly informative staff to help with the order. Our builder was very happy with our choices. One bathroom with new walk in shower ✅. En-suite will be finished in the New Year

Great service, easy to talk to and helped take all my items to the boot of my car ! Also assisted me with sample tiles and saved as many tiles for me as possible out of a defective pack.

I have found working with Gary from the CDT Hillingdon/Uxbridge branch an absolute pressure.
Gary has been very helpful with helping me choose my tiles for my house project.
I found him extremely patient and accommodating.
His stuff members are also very helpful and the shop is always very clean and pleasant to visit.

Gary at CTD Tiles Hillingdon has been fantastic, he has supported our Construction Training Centre (we provide education to 16-18 year learners) on two occasions by providing us with tiles and products that would otherwise have been disposed of. Gary is a great ambassador for the company and his team at this branch are great, would recommend them to anyone, a tidy well organised store with a huge range of products.

Disclaimer: I am a Tiler.
My preferred tile store is CTD Uxbridge. I have used this store on many occasions. It is not the nearest store to where I live, but it is the best value for money (adhesives, grouts, tiles etc). All the staff have excellent product knowledge and all staff bring my purchases to my vehicle. The store is always clean and very tidy. I have never once seen a member of staff sitting idle. Look out for Trade days where you get to meet the product gurus and ask them technical questions . Get even better deals on Trade days and pick up a free T-shirt or sweatshirt.
