The digital MBA course with CTO Academy has been meticulously planned to maximise value for the students: From the breadth of knowledge and expertise of the lecturers, to the way the course is laid out - you can tell the team have thought really carefully about the student experience. Even down to getting the occasional nudge from the team when life gets in the way and the pace of learning drifts a bit. It is clear the founders really care that students get maximum bang for their buck.

The course content is regularly reviewed and updated, the (growing!) global professional community you get access to are incredibly supportive and generous with their time. If you want to deep-dive there are ample additional learning materials, over and above the 200+ video lectures you get. Not to mention the regular events including Expert Q&A's Peer to peer sessions and more.

I will refer back to this course regularly and going through the Digital MBA as a technical leader has given me a greater breadth of knowledge and lots of opportunities for reflection and growth.

Above all this has been an investment in myself - one which I am 100% sure will continue to give an excellent return long after completion.

Very well organised course, spot on for today's technology leaders. Covering all aspects of technology management essential in modern software companies. Best part I liked is, there was great deal of focus on softskills, required for any leader.

The content was relevant and well organized. I learned so much over the course of the program and will be rewatching many of the lectures!

It was a fantastic journey, to be honest I wasn't expecting that the quality of the lectures were going to be so high so it was an amazing surprise, all of lectures go straight to the point, and you can tell that the lecturers are quite savvy on what they are talking about. I learned a lot about the soft skills needed to be successful at higher management levels. The quote that resonated with me the most is, 'The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality. The last is to say thank you. In between, the leader is a servant,' by Max DePree. I will strive to embody that leadership guidance for my present and future teams.

I recently completed the Digital MBA with a CTO lens at CTO Academy, and it was an excellent experience. The curriculum is incredibly relevant, and I really appreciated how up-to-date the topics were. It feels like the team is constantly refining the content, ensuring that nothing becomes stale in this fast-moving industry while adding fresh, meaningful discussions. That level of thoroughness made the program feel truly valuable.

One of my favorite aspects of the course was the format where an AI voice asks questions, and an expert provides answers. This approach made the material engaging and digestible while keeping the learning experience dynamic.

The program strikes a great balance between depth and accessibility, covering critical leadership and technical topics in a way that is applicable to real-world CTO responsibilities. I highly recommend CTO Academy to anyone looking to level up their CTO skills with a structured and insightful learning experience.

I really enjoyed the CTO Academy course. It covered a lot of important topics, such as financing and budgeting, which were particularly relevant to me. The content was insightful and practical, making it a valuable learning experience.

That said, there are two areas that I believe could be improved:

Video Streaming Performance – The videos take a long time to load and often freeze, even with a fast internet connection. This disrupts the learning experience and can be frustrating. Improving the platform’s streaming efficiency would greatly enhance usability.

More Visual Aids – As a visual learner, I felt there was a lack of slides, diagrams, or other visual representations of the concepts discussed. It would be extremely helpful to have more structured visual materials accompanying the lessons. Additionally, a short summary in PDF format after each lesson would be a great way to quickly refresh key insights when needed.

Overall, I found the course highly valuable and well-structured, and I appreciate the effort put into its design. Addressing these areas would make it even better.

It has been a great journey for the last 10 months. Many interesting topics were discussed, especially when out from our confort zone.

Thanks for the great work, and I'll be waiting for contents updates, as I'm sure those will be high quality as well

Fantastic course. Spans the breath of insight appropriate for existing or aspiring CTOs from personal and leadership styles throughout C-suite dynamics, finances and technology relevance.

Good mix of experiences from presenters /lecturers. Valuable supplemental sessions and ability to work at a pace which suits - especially valuable when balancing against variable work demands!
