Scammers and a fraudulent app.
Do not send them any money under any circumstances. After some time, you may simply end up being accused of fraudulent activity and having your account blocked without any explanation.
Their bot will keep replying to reviews here, claiming that everything is fine and that you just need to contact support, while in reality, support has been completely unresponsive for more than two months.
Group forums and a class-action lawsuit.

Complete rip off. Used the platform for over two years. Bought 2-3 year contracts for 500k h few months ago went from earning .016 sol per day to less than .005 per day. I've done the math your paying them money to get less back in increments.

I was unable to withdraw for months so I was comfortable to put more in. now my withdrawals are blocked, support isn't replying and my ticket is still unresolved. I just want access to my money. I use CVE Capital...now. Never had a single payment denied.

CT Technologies (CT Pool, NC Wallet etc) this is fake as they will suspend your account once you invest money, I lost around $3000, Customer support will just close your ticket witn no resolution. Beware donot invest

I put Bitcoin into the app's mining pools and everything worked at first. Then I couldn't sign in. Now it says my account is blocked for breaking their terms but I don't know what I'm supposed to have done wrong. I would be in a better condition now if I had put all that money into CVE Capital... I know better now.

It's a complete waste of money and time, they only accept your deposit and rejects your payouts. It was a very terrible experience for me. I am now stick with #agric-mines...#, their operations are superb and my payouts has been constant and timely.

Fraudulent app. If you don't read and believe reviews then quite simply you will lose your money. It's very sophisticated designed to make you believe it actually works. Initially they will pay you out, build your confidence, then wait for you to invest a big amount, then suddenly they will block you and block your nc wallet. Collect your KYC and personal information then completely ignore you. The fact that this is even allowed to be running is insane.

I have been waiting for my Bitcoin withdrawal for over SIX MONTHS.
During this time I have contacted CT Pool customer support more than 100 times. Despite repeatedly explaining the situation and asking for my funds to be released, I keep receiving automated emails telling me that they are “doing everything they can” to complete the transaction.
Six months is not a reasonable processing time.
My withdrawal of 0.00126121 BTC is still showing as “Processing”.
I have received countless automated responses, but no meaningful explanation, no definite timeframe and, most importantly, no access to my money.
What makes this even more concerning is that there are now numerous recent reviews from other CT Pool users describing very similar problems — withdrawals remaining pending for months, accounts being suspended and customer support failing to provide a proper solution. �

DO NOT TRUST A PLATFORM SIMPLY BECAUSE SMALL WITHDRAWALS MAY WORK.
In my experience, everything appeared fine until I wanted to withdraw a meaningful amount. Now my funds have been stuck for more than six months.
CT Pool: I don't want another automated email. I want my Bitcoin paid to my wallet.
I have kept screenshots, withdrawal records and copies of my communications with support.
Potential customers: please do your own research before depositing a single penny.

Update review this is the most scammiest app ever file for CFTC IC3 i mean start a class acrion lawsuit something, I don't have enoigh words to type on here how scamming this company is, short they lie and say you can withdraw you cant because as soon as you do it just says pending for months and years never actually sending your sats. On top of there so called NC Wallet is a scam you try to use that then send to another wallet stuck in pending for months and years...

This is a scam app. They earn your trust by allowing withdrawal for six or seven months after that they block your withdrawal and your money is stolen by them and they support never replies. My ticket NW-160844 is still not resolved. After i told them that they have blocked my withdrawal they suspended my account . You will loose your money. We should cause them so much harm that they should not get any more users to scam. All apps of CTPOOL are scam

Horrible customer support. Still haven't processed my withdrawal from 2 months ago. Never make enough to cover what you paid for. It's all just a big scam. I've reported them to the FTC, Google, and am working with an attorney to sue them for misleading business practices and fraud.

Scam! Have been using the app for over a year. In the beginning all went well and the earnings were good. I invested more and more money but then the earnings declined rapidly and then suddenly my account was suspended without any notification or specification. My report of the issue was acknowledged automatically but since then for over a month now nothing despite various reminders from me. This means they just took all my money?!

After investing thousends into the miner, I have withdrew the 5100$ the miner mined in the last 6 months to NC wallet which is a wallet they force you to withdraw to with no option to withdraw in any other way...
Once the funds were in NC wallet the wallet then reversed 7 transactions I tried making, when contacting support they told me they have detected "suspicious activity" in my account without explaining what I have done wrong, and that I need to upload KYC documents to confirm my identity. After uploading the documents they gave me the same repetitive unhelpful answers in the next 10 emails I wrote them...
After almost 2 weeks of no real help from them and my account still being frozen I went online and looked up if anyone else have had the same experience and realised they have done this to many people before...
They let you withdraw small amounts and when you try withdrawing bigger amounts your account gets frozen with the funds inside with no option to do anything after that...
STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP AND COMPANY. THIS APP IS RUN BY CRIMINALS.

I prepaid for two annual CT Pool subscriptions. Two months ago the service stopped working and my account was suspended. Over 10 emails later I still have no solution and, more to the point, no reason. Not a single line telling me what I supposedly did.
Months of paid time are still sitting on both subscriptions. The clock is running on a service I cannot access and cannot ask anyone about.
If you are considering a long prepaid plan, understand what that actually buys you: they can cut off access and suspend your account before your term ends, and you may have no way to reach anyone about it. The longer the plan, the more of your money is exposed to that.

DO NOT TRUST THESE CRIMINALS! CryptoTab / CT Pool is a blatant, disgusting scam operating on Google Play. I was foolish enough to trust them and invested over €3,000 of my hard-earned money. The second they pocketed my cash, they pulled the rug and completely locked me out of my funds!

First, they used a pathetic, illegal excuse to freeze my partner’s referral rewards, claiming "multi-accounting" simply because we use two completely separate physical devices on our home Wi-Fi network. Sharing a household router is not a crime, but CryptoTab uses it as a cheap trap to steal your rewards.

Now, their exit-scam behavior is complete: my app officially screams "WITHDRAWAL SUSPENDED". This is digital highway robbery! They have legally hijacked my €3,000 investment. I am completely barred from retrieving a single cent of my own money while watching it sit on their fraudulent platform.

I have sent over 50 SUPPORT EMAILS over the past months, including an official, strict legal warning 7 days ago. Their customer support team is entirely nonexistent. They ignore every single message because they are thieves who only care about taking your money and cutting off all communication.

I have already initiated a full criminal fraud report with Google Play and Apple Support to strip their malicious apps from the stores. More importantly, I am currently executing a total corporate Chargeback procedure through Rabobank for every single transaction I ever sent to these scammers.

If you value your sanity and your money, STAY AWAY. This is a predatory, illegal operation that targets high-value customers, steals their thousands of euros, and goes radio silent!

This is a scam website and application, I had more than 3000 USD equivalent in BTC invested in mining pools in this app, it worked for 2-3 months then suddenly the app won't sign in anymore for 1 week, then after that I started receiving a message upon sign in that my account was block for violating terms and conditions, which I did nothing related to that in any way.

The Suppport choose not to reply to email regarding account violation. I try to login to my account and gotten this message.
It has been more than a few months with emails sending to Support but no reply.
For new comers, Do not put in any more money.
