Basura! One of the most unreliable and untrustworthy companies I've had the displeasure of dealing with, and easily the worst delivery company in Spain. Avoid.

One star only because I can't give none. The worst delivery company in Spain. Lies about attempted delivery, and impossible to contact. One package they claimed was left with a neighbour at an address that doesn't exist - I don't know whether the parcel was stolen or dumped.

Dogshit company, lied about attempted delivery

Never deliver to my address, I always have to take public transport to the collection point. They are the worse courier in Portugal and should never be used.

This is the most irresponsible delivery company in the EU! They mentioned 2 failed attempts to deliver the package- one on July 2nd at 21:12 and the second one on July 3rd at 12:32. Both were complete lies by the delivery personnel and CTTExpress. In the first case, the establishment was opened until 21:45 and in the 2nd one it was mentioned that the address doesn't exist, which is another total lie. The package was finally delivered on July 6th, but was opened and closed with the CTTExpress tape. Half of the goods were missing. CTTExpress doesn't assume any responsibility for the stolen goods as they claim "you cannot prove it": In fact, we can: there are pictures of the package before and after and the goods in the package are personalized, so we can prove that they are unique and were stolen by the delivery personnel!!!!

Why is this company still operating? Each time I order something and when CTT is the selected courier, I get countless responses to say my parcels are delivered and they are NOT. They won’t deliver to my home as they don’t drive to Campos so I pay €40/year to have them delivered to a stationery shop in my local town as do many of the residents in the town with similar courier delivery problems in surrounding areas. Today I received an email around 11:05 to say my parcel was delivered so I emailed the shop and they said they had been open since 09:40 and no CTT courier had arrived and still hasn’t! These drivers lie all the time.

0 Stars! I don´t think this is a real company. In 2026 it impossible a true courier service can exist with such poor service and management. I think they should be investigated for being fraudulent and they have 0 real intention to deliver any packages. They are probably a money laundering front that on occasion drops packages off, to seem like they are doing some real business. The current CEO used to work for Correos Express, another fake delivery company that robs people and does not deliver service, so it is not surprising. Taking bad habits from one place and spreading it elsewhere. Or maybe it´s good in their case if they´re a cover -up. In summary, don´t use them!

5 stars from me, never any problems. They call when they are there, send an email in advance so I know what to expect. They are fast, they can find my address (unlike other delivery companies). I am truly happy with my mailman!!

This company simply lies about delivery. They say they attempted delivery at my address on 1st July and again on 2nd July but we have CCTV and there is no sign of them having attempted delivery. Slightly worse than Fedex and Fedex is at the bottom of the barrel. Anything else I buy from Amazon will have to confirm that these clowns (Clowns at TT) are not the courier

The worst courier services ever-routinely falsely claim they have delivered goods when they have not at all, not contactable either!! Absolute disgrace!!!

Absolutely terrible. Parcel recorded as delivered but never was! Phone line is automated & only in Spanish, no ability to speak to anyone. No email address. No response from completing online complaint form. Parcel has disappeared into a black hole! With 12,000 similar reviews, Someone, somewhere is selling off our ‘delivered’ items!! It’s downright criminal.

CTT Express marked my parcel as “Área inaccesible” although I was at home all day and there were no road closures or access restrictions in my area. DHL initially reported a road access issue, but CTT never attempted delivery, did not call me, and their website failed when I tried to redirect the parcel to a collection point. The shipment has remained in “Almacenado temporalmente” status without any clear solution.

I have never seen a company this bad and still working 😐 the problem is that many online stores use them to deliver so you can't actually choose a delivery company ,you are obliged to get this bad service over and over again every time you shop online , i think this company's should find another thing to do

Couldn’t deliver like 5 times in a row, stupid web page does not allow me to redirect to any post office, saying there is some mistake and I should choose another option for collection (I clicked on all in the list and all give error), cannot reach by phone at all and now I don’t know where my parcel worth 250€ is! Very very very bad

Terrible company. They contacted me to say delivery would be next day and that they would send me a code to use to pick it up from chosen delivery point.
Then, I’ve not heard a thing. 2 weeks later the status of the link says it is out for delivery which is what it said from my first constant with them. Why do companies use this useless carrier. And why, should we the final customer have to be the one to suffer.it would be better if the company people order from gave a choice of carrier.

My package could not be delivered, and I repeatedly tried to contact CTT Express to understand the issue and arrange a solution. Unfortunately, their customer service phone line was constantly busy, and I was unable to speak with anyone despite multiple attempts.

What made the experience even more disappointing was the lack of communication. There was no proactive contact, no clear explanation of the delivery problem, and no practical way to get assistance when I needed it.

I regularly receive deliveries at the same address from other couriers without any issues, so this situation was both confusing and frustrating.

A delivery company should be reachable when customers need support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with CTT Express.

Why can't I give them no stars, 1 is too many! Liars and parcel stealers, really had enough of them in Málaga province. Attempted delivery over 4 continuous days, absolute rubbish! Today a mobile called, nobody on the line but I guarantee it's so they can log they tried, as minutes later logged as another failed delivery. Why do DHL use such an incompetent company? I mean look at the reviews it's hardly an isolated incident!

Absolutely rubbish and impossible to make contact with them why companies so large as Revolute use them is a mystery they must be very cheep …. Can not say how useless they are the telephone number for my local office doesn’t even ring and I have no idea where my credit card is which is worrying

I ordered two things at the same company and CTT Express was the delivery company. First they said they couldn't deliver it/I wasn't home, because my address wasn't right. I contacted them, called them no response. Then after threatening that I would take further steps, out of the blue it got delivered the next day, but only one of the two packages? I contacted them again, and they ask my address so they can deliver the other package? While they know my address because they delivered the other one the day before. And they said they can deliver the other one in the next few days or I have to pick it up myself which is a 60 min drive?
