Booked transfers with Cuba travels club which included some preset options from their website, and some custom options via WhatsApp. Not all went smoothly due to problems on the ground which was NOT the fault of Cuba travels club, but they were on hand via WhatsApp to sort it out. Great service.

Service was very good. The only improvement would be to send out the pick up reminder the day before with the pick up time.

We paid transfer from Havana airport to Varadero, but nobody waited for us there as promised. Also, office at the airport was closed. Very unpleasant experience. It was our first visit to Cuba and we wanted secure transfer. But that wasn't the case. After a while, we found a bus shuttle by ourselves at the parking. Very stressful experience. Bus driver was very kind, friendly and helpful and he drove us safely at our destination. But nobody from the agency didn't provide him our names so he wasn't sure who we are and where he is supposed to drive us.

I travelled to Cuba and attended one day excursion to Vinjales valley.
Driver and our guide were really cool and helpful and brilliant in terms of explaining what we see etc.
I am happy to say that it was a wise decision to choose this office!

Their service is very good. It is timely convenient and without any problem. I recommend their service to anyone. Charge for the service is also reasonable.

What a great way to make the most of your trip to varadero! Definitely need to do when in the town. We had a great time with our hosts who were absolutely hilarious and really knew how to entertain! The dolphin experience was very much worth it and the food buffet at the end on Cayo Blanco was a great way to end the experience

The service works so you never expect to have quality tourism in Cuba even paying hotels of more than 200 dollars per night and do not pay attention to the stars of the hotels, the same thing a 4 star can really be 2 stars due to the lack of maintenance that there are in the facilities.
Not even the Hotels in Varadero escape the social crisis and the lack of food or resources. Cuba is a diamond but without freedom there is no prosperity

El servicio funciona lo que nunca esperen tener un turismo de Calidad en Cuba ni pagando hoteles de mas de 200 dolares x noche y tampoco se fijen en las estrellas de los hoteles lo mismo un 4 estrellas puede ser realmente 2 estrellas por la falta de mantenimiento que hay en las instalaciones.
Ni los Hoteles de Varadero se escapan de la crisis social y de la falta de alimentos ni recursos. Cuba es un diamante pero sin libertad no hay prosperidad
