My estate agent recommended Sharfique Hussain (Cube Mortgages) for my mortgage application. This was submitted 2 weeks ago and the process was simple. The application was accepted within 10 days which I was very surprised about as didn't think it would be that fast. A valuation has also been done and approved at the agreed price.

I was also stressed as I had to suddenly change solicitors as the original one I was going to instruct was not on my lender's recommended list. Sharfique was able to make me feel at ease and recommended an alternate solicitor who I have now instructed and is currently doing the necessary searches. He also responds quickly to any queries and likes to follow up with phone calls.
I recommend Sharfique due to his knowledge and expertise but also for his great customer service!
