the delivery takes time if you want free shippping, i noticed that this is the second review ever, i just want to say that the other one is outdated (it was written in 2014) first time i bought cubes from them i was kinda worried since it was a website i had never heard about, i actually made some mistakes in my orders and the customer support helped me just fine through e-mails

Terrible site, no customer service at all
The customer service on this site is non existent, there is no way to get a response from them, one item was missing from my order, they never respomded to my emails, i had to open a dispute on paypay and they tricked me saying that they would refund if i closed the dispute, i trusted them and of course they never refunded, i used to expend $30-$40 a month in this store and they decided to lose a customer for a $6 item.
