Ordered 3 sweaters in Large; each one measured significantly smaller than stated on the ordering size guide and additionally, each one varied by 2 3/4 inches. They offered exchange with a $20 charge, which I was goi g to do, but the pay site was tagged as a scam. I decided to just donate them, at my $110 loss. I would not recommend.

I love all the sweaters I have purchased. Good quality and design!

The items I ordered where are as described in the pictures. Good quality.
However I have to wait almost two months for delivery.
I had to send messages to customer service to ask for a tracking number. I did not have tracking number . They responded to say one of the items were not ready. I said I will wait .
I finally received my order. I was satisfied with my purchase. I just had to wait longer.

I loved my sweater, the fit is perfect and the fabric has good quality! It arrived super quick ! Congratulations

The company behaved properly. The articles were similar to the ones announced in the website. Not great quality but balanced with price.

It's "impossible" to return items that don't fit. They first offered me $8 refund for a $45 dress and to keep it. Then increased to $15, and in the end I received a $20 refund. They told me, if I insisted to return the item, I would have to send it to their Dubai shipping centre, which would be expensive. Now, it shipped to me from within the country, so this is simply bad business. They still made a tidy profit off me, and I am sitting on a dress that I cannot wear and will just have to donate.
It's a scam, and I personally will never order from them again.

Delivery took a bit longer than my expectation but when I received the products, I was very happy with the quality of products and value. They were perfect fit and material felt very nice wearing it. I think it was worth waiting time for delivery.

Cucyi styles are really nice. I wish there were more pictures of items on the site, which would make it easier to decide what I will really like and will be happy with. It would also be helpful to have more information on the fabric, again to make sure I love what I order. It's nice that shipping to various countries is available and relatively cost effective.

The worst quality on the pieces that I bought, and there is NO return option other than for exchange or quality problems. And delivery time is extremely long. Unserious company.

False advertisement, do not buy from this site!
Ordered 2 dresses, very cheap material and not worth the money. You can not return the items, total scam!

Total scam and false advertising. Sent me the ugliest cheapest blouse. Photo on website was sheer with sequince. What they sent me looks nothing like the photo. Do not buy on this website. No returns.No one responded to my emails. They don’t have a phone number.

The shipping timing was acceptable. The sizes of both dresses were correct. However, the intensity of the colors in both dresses were quite far from the images displayed on the site what very disappointing.

Happy about the dress but it did get expensiv due to deliverycosts. Will not buy from this shop again.

I ordered the dress 3 weeks ago for a special event and it still has not arrived. The shipping information is inaccurate and the customer service not helpful.
