Great beds
The bed is absolutely stunning and once samples had been received it was sent out promptly.
Avoid at all costs
I was hesitant to order based on other reviews but I went ahead and ordered and I have never had to deal with such a bad company before. This is the first bad review I have ever written.
I ordered on the 19th of October and 2 weeks later I emailed to try and get a delivery date for our bed and I still have not got an actual date from customer service.
I emailed 14 days ago to organize a refund and I still haven't had a reply since. I sent a few more emails after I requested the refund and have had no response whatsoever.
37 days later we have no refund and we also don't have a bed or any response to my emails.
I would stay well away from this company

Awful experience still don't have my bed or my money refunded . Customer service poor with mixed messages . Waited in now for 2 days for bed to be delivered have asked for someone to phone no contact and now been waiting 24 hrs for manager to get back to me asap . I would not recommend or ever use again

Thank you Cuddly Beds for your great customer service and patience. As I ordered the Penelope Panel Wingback in beige and unfortunately we did not like the colour but loved the bed. So the guys at Cuddly beds graciously honoured my order and swapped the bed over for an alternative colour - which I LOVE. I was kept informed/updated throughout - SO THANKS YOU and I highly recommend this company as great service and value for money - simply FAB :)
Loved my Experience
Ordered my bed from here, ask for it to be delivered after the 11th or 12th right after placing the order as myself and my partner were moving into our new apartment, got a response the same day advising they will make sure of this and it came on the 13th perfectly on time! delivery guy called me an hour before he was due to make the drop and helped us bring it right to the door of our apartment! honestly no complaints it’s a beautiful bed and i love it so much! id definitely recommend this company to anyone! 10/10 for all services

Stressful Experience
Placed an order from this company 3 weeks ago. When ordering, I was advised that delivery would be around 2-10 business days. I received an email of confirmation of purchase shortly following.
A week goes by, with no updates or communication from the business. Until I took it upon myself to send an email enquiring as to the status of my order and when I could expect delivery. Moving house next week so was panicking that this would not be delivered in time. A few days go past with no response, until I received a very vague reply from manager Jay. Jay was extremely kind and could not apologise more for the delay however, in my opinion was not able to give me a response that would put my mind at ease. I was told that there were delays to my area due to the courier service however , they would be in touch “soon” to arrange delivery.
Another week goes by without any communication. By this point I started reading reviews online (which I wish I did before ordering) and started to panic that I would never receive my order as many many people like myself are still waiting or have had negative experiences.
I was about to send another email, and was considering asking for a refund and going elsewhere however, by luck I received a generic no reply email from the couriers which gave me some hope. The next day I was contacted and delivery for the following day was arranged.
Could not fault the couriers at all. They called 10 mins before delivery and helped bring the bed into the house (despite it being doorstep delivery).
The bed looks lovely. I have yet to build this as in the process of moving however, so far so good.
Overall I am quite disappointed in the lack of communication and regular updates from the company. I know from further research that they are a smaller business however, some better communication and customer service would have put my mind at ease and made this a much more pleasant experience.

I was really worried about this purchase, I had ordered from another small UK business which advertised 5-10day delivery, however wanted to deliver a month after purchase. I cancelled that order and purchased from Cuddlybeds. At first I was sceptical as they would not provide a delivery date, email responses were extremely vague and generic and overall feel seemed like them didnt give a ****. However, after persuing, I was advised on a Thursday that my delivery would arrive 'either Saturday or Sunday'. The Friday I received a vague email to say my delivery was scheduled Saturday 8am-12pm and to wait in. No courier or tracking info provided. 12pm passed and no word. Went on online chat where responses were slow. I then received a text from driver to say he had a punctured tyre and was 3 hours behind. Meanwhile online chat responded and provided a driver number which was different to the person who had already text me. 3pm came I text the driver (the one who had text me) asking for an ETA, he replied almost instantly advising of 7pm. Arrived a little after 7pm and the driver showed up on his own with an extremely heavy bed.
Overall, I ordered on a Friday and received my bed the following Saturday. The customer service and organisation seems awful however the poor alone delivery driver seemed to be doing his best and..... the bed is lovely
Received the Penelope wingback…
Received the Penelope wingback headboard and divan base today in silver plush and I absolutely love it. Looks gorgeous and good quality for the price. It arrived 2 weeks after ordering. Delivery guy was lovely and I was notified 2 days before arrival as to when it was coming. I definitely recommend Cuddly beds.

Initial poor service from courier however Cuddly beds dealt with this well and prioritised my delivery. Excellent quality product. Good customer service after initial issue.

Penelope winged headboard bed
Received the bed yesterday, I haven’t quite finished decorating the bedroom yet so it is still in the packaging, however, the bed looks lovely, and it is much better quality than what I was expecting the headboard is lovely, very heavy duty, the colour ( plush cream ) is exactly the colour I was looking for and it really is a lovely neutral colour, the bed is for my teenage daughter so we went for the open coil mattress, this also is better quality than I was expecting, I was emailed the day before delivery informing me of the delivery day/time slot and unfortunately I wasn’t going to be home to receive it, however I was able to have it delivered to my neighbour downstairs instead, the delivery drivers called ahead of time to let me know they were coming and my neighbour said they were very pleasant, before purchasing, and after I spoke with Cuddly beds customer service regarding sizing and delivery etc, and I was promptly answered on both occasions, I would not hesitate to use this company again, and I would definitely recommend the Penelope winged headboard bed to anyone looking for a new bed.
Bed is beautifully designed however.....
Bed is beautifully designed, however we brought the base 'reinforced' but I don't think it is. It is very hollow, and thin. If it is, then paying extra for this is a waste of money. Unfortunately due to moving, I am unable to send back and await a new one. The colour and bed frame are perfect, the headboard is very heavy and of good quality, and it is lovely to look at. Mattress is good.

Hi.. I’ve ordered a bed frame few days back and had an issue with it. I approached the customer service and they have cooperated with me very well. Not only they understood but they also replaced the whole bed frame and a big thanks to manager Jay. I’m so impressed by how quickly he resolved this issue.

Poor customer service
Really poor customer experience from a company with little interest in keeping their customers updated, despite you spending a lot of money. Purchased a divan frame from Cuddly Beds and received a confirmation email straight away. The tracking links for order updates weren’t updated by Cuddly Beds at all, if you want an update you have to contact customer services via email and their responses didn’t really provide any concrete information.
After about 2 weeks received a text from a courier at about 8:30pm on a Saturday saying “ Hi its the courier driver for your bed delivery I should be with you tomorrow between 4-8 driver will call you 30 minutes before thanks” I replied straight back asking if it was an AM or PM slot having seen in reviews that people had received very early deliveries.
No response from the courier.
Next message from the courier came at 3:14am saying they’d had a breakdown and would redeliver the next day. Contacted cuddly beds the next day via email asking them to find out what was going on to which I was told I should ring the courier - not them, the company who instructed them…
Bed was eventually delivered at 10:10PM the next day.
Product itself was nice but I don’t think ordering from cuddly beds is worth the hassle. I’ve never encountered a company who doesn’t bother to actively let you know what’s going on. Especially when you’re likely to have to get rid of your last bed in readiness for the new one’s arrival.
