Material is cheap
Size is questionable
Price is to good to be true
Forget about EVER getting a Return Receipt Label
Poor customer service

Easy transaction. Prompt dispatch and delivery. Love the jumper only criticism would be that the length of the jumper is quite short, an extra 6" would cover my tum and bum :)

Clothing was not as expected. No return instructions in package or information on returning. When I contacted them, they wanted to give me $15 compensation to keep the clothes. I declined and at that point they don't even respond any more.

Dress was nothing like its picture, cheap flimsy fabric that need 10 inches cut off to make it a midi. Website stated AU but was charged USD, so nearly doubled the price. Asked to return but offered $30 AUD compensation to keep it. Took the $30 and paid $40 to have it altered. cheap crap,do not waste your money on this company

This company took my money, I received no order confirmation, no tracking number and never received item. No contact information available. My one item was $108 so not cheap either. So angry, rubbish company.

Great clothing and easy to order.
Ordering was easy, the international shipping was quite quick. The clothes are well made and true to size. Thank you!

I was under the impression this jumper would be much thicker in materials but its not.. i bought it because whats printed on it is fitting to the gift recipient .. maybe better description of materials a good idea for website..

This company do not answer emails, the links for customer service come up with an error. I am still waiting for a tracking number for a couple of weeks and no one will reply. Do not buy from this company. Scammers and fraudulent.

The dress is lovely, great colour (red) and the fabric feels great. The parcel arrived in a timely manner but there was nothing enclosed to let me know where it came from (until now, when I got this email!). Unfortunately, I need to exchange it for a larger size, the shirring sits over the bust. The only return address on the package seemed to be the delivery company. Could someone please get back to me via email to sort something out asap as I am going away in about three weeks and would like to take it with me. Thank you in anticipation.

I am based in Australia. I ordered a dress on the 2nd of July. I paid USD $49 + USD $15 shipping. Dress arrived on the 20th of July, with no packing slip, and no details of company that I'd purchased from. Dress size was what I had ordered (L, as recommended in their size guide online), however not true to size. Also, the dress modelled in the advert was not the same colour as the dress that arrived. I ordered a Leopard print dress, modelled as a nice Leopard print with tan background and black Leopard spots. The dress that arrived was orange in background with black Leopard spots.
I emailed the website to ask for a returns address and requested a full refund.
I received an email asking if I'd accept a replacement size, to which I replied no, as not only was the size a problem, but the colour was not as expected.
I then received an offer if USD $15 as compensation, and I could keep the dress (still no address offered to me so I could send item back at my own expense). I rejected this offer via email and AGAIN asked for a full refund. I then received another compensation offer, via PayPal - this time USD $30, and I could again keep the item (still no return address offered). By this time I had lodged a PayPal resolution, by the way. I rejected the offer, again asking for a FULL refund and an address so I could return the item (at my own expense).
I then received another offer, via email, offering me USD $28 compensation - and you guessed it, I can keep the item. I have rejected this, again asked for FULL refund and and address where I can send the item back to.
The latest is an offer from the vendor via PayPal, this time USD $42, and I can keep the item. I have rejected this and asked why can't I have a full refund?

Needless to say, DON'T ORDER from this website. Super dodgy and I am pleased that I used PayPal...hopefully they can resolve quickly.

No customer service number/email etc. Quality of product is horrible, not anything like described on website. This is a scam website DO NOT ORDER from them. If you are a legit company there should be company information on the website. You should be ashamed of yourselves and do not know how you can actually dupe people like this. Just terrible

Great little dress. Probably could have gone for size small instead of a medium but I wanted the little bit of extra length as I’m tall. Service was great. Can dress up or down. Rolls up very small. Great for traveling.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this company. Buyers beware, if the item you ordered does not fit and you need to return, you are out of luck. There is no way to get a return slip for a return. So, I'm stuck with a $62 dress that doesn't fit. This company is a fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

The blouses and dress were more beautiful than depicted in the photos.

Love the shirt. Washes well in cold water. I just hang to dry.

I like the selections that I made. Quality is good. Sizing was according to the size charts. Everything fit. I am keeping everything!

I got the items and they are pretty problem is, they don't fit and I need to exchange. Package came with no paperwork so I have no idea what the order number is. I have looked for an email from them regarding my order and confirmation and cannot find anything. I have contacted them and they keep asking for an order number. I have sent them pictures of the items and the packaging showing my address (you would think they can pull the order with my name, email and address), they keep coming back to me saying they are sorry but they cannot find my order ???? I am coming upto the 30 day mark and have not been able to get any help with my returns. Live and learn. Never again.

Actually, I would give my purchases NO STARS if that was an option. I purchased 2 tops and one dress. the material was flimsy, see through, totally faded as thought they had been washed 100 times already, and the sizes were totally inaccurate. This company should be closed down. I intend to get on every social media platform and inform people that this company is very willing to take your orders and money, but they don't stand by their products or their reputation. Also, try finding a phone number for their customer service department! Shame on you Cudelia! Terrible way to do business, if you want to stay in business. If anyone happens to have a actual valid phone number for Cudelia please pass it on. Thanks. Lily
