I recently purchased the Cuisinart Griddle & Grill and encountered an issue with the timer, where it sometimes wouldn't sound a chime when the timer was up and contacted customer service.
I was more than pleased with my experience, the customer service rep was lovely, very accommodating and in the end, sent out a replacement for the unit, which I received earlier today.
I will definitely be buying more in the future and already own a few Cuisinart products. This was the first one I had any problems with.

I had a problem with my pepper mill that was still within the guarantee period.
I contacted the customer help line, spoke to India about the problem and with no quibble I was sent a new replacement that arrived within a few days.
That is what I call customer service second to none.

At first when I reported a fault I was disappointed not to receive a reply. When I made contact again I was politely advised to check spam and there was the answer, much to my embarrassment. I sent the information requested and very quickly heard a replacement machine was on its way. Cuisinart's customer service is excellent.

We recently bought a matching kettle and toaster. Unfortunately the kettle developed a fault causing it to not turn off. After contacting customer service and providing proof of purchase they agreed to provide a replacement and extend the warranty.

Bought a Cuisinart rechargeable wine opener in Jan and for reasons unknown, it malfunctioned, chewed up the corks making a mess of the wine.
It was past the automatic return date so wrote to Cuisinart who were super helpful.
Once I emailed all the requested information, they issued a brand new wine opener within 2 days. The faulty one could either be returned for spare parts or disposed of.
Very efficient, speedy and professional.
Would highly recommend and will also look to buy their brand in the future.

One of the hardest working gadgets in my kitchen cordless Pro hand blender broke down. I was cleaning the charging unit and think some water must have got into it. I contacted customer service on the off chance not expecting much as it’s been just over 2 years since I bought it but it turns out they offer 2.5 years warranty and were happy to replace the charging unit. I am delighted with the service and would highly recommend this brand to anyone

I had a Cuisinart "Grind and Brew" coffee machine for nearly 20 years. When I asked it could be repaired, Cuisinart said no, because it was too old. However they offered me a new one at a fraction of its proper cost, which I gratefully accepted.
Unfortunately, after only 6 months, it developed a fault. The lid had warped, meaning that electrical contact was not maintained, so it ceased to heat the coffee. Cuisinart immediately provided me a new one, and I see that the Chinese have modified the design so that that fault should not recur.

Really excellent customer service. India insisted on replacing my spice grinder on safety grounds despite me being clear that it was my fault that it broke. Cuisinart have extended my guarantee and I really appreciate their recycling service

Website easy to use and my order arrived within a few days. I want a new 'crumb tray but not on site. Rang the company and one was in the post, no charge for extra postage as it had been missed off Web page. Delivery within 3 days. Excellent service.

Cuisinart's Customer Services team is exceptional. My Cordless Mini Prep Pro failed six months after purchase. I emailed Customer Services, expecting to have to argue and go through all manner of prevarication, but no. By the end of the morning, they had responded, asking a couple of perfectly reasonable questions. My reply was clearly satisfactory because by mid afternoon, they had emailed to say that a replacement product was on its way and it has just arrived, two days after my original email. They accept the defective product for recycling, which is a welcome bonus - a label is provided.
I am impressed by their proactive approach to a customer problem and the ease with which they facilitated a solution. All their communications have been considered and thoughtful.
My contact was India, whose customer focus was faultless.

The service from this company is exceptional. My product developed a fault after 2 years and I expected drama from them like you get with most companies, I almost just binned the product as I couldn't face the drama. I thought sod it, I will contact them and see if they are prepared to help. I was blown away with their service with a replacement product sent to me the same day. It may well be that many companies promise this but when it comes down to it they try and get out of it, not with Cuisinart, they stand by their values and will retain my business for a lifetime - anyone can sell a product, it's the aftercare that makes such a difference and these guys are fantastic, cant recommend highly enough. Thank you
