I've been a long-time user of Cuisinart products, and our household favourite is undoubtedly the Cuisinart Spice Grinder. It's versatile enough to handle both dry and wet ingredients with ease.
Recently, we experienced a technical issue with the grinder and reached out to Cuisinart support. Their responsiveness was impressive—they identified the problem quickly and resolved it without hassle.
What truly stood out was the ability to speak with a real person within seconds of calling. It was refreshing to bypass robotic systems and have an actual conversation with someone who understood the issue straight away.

Bought a grill from them a few months ago. All went smoothly. The test of a company I believe is the how they deal when you have an issue. Well my grill has just failed. I contacted them via email and by the next day after supplying a few photos I have a new one winging its way to me! Absolutely fabulous service - couldn’t have asked for any better. Would definitely recommend

We have had our Cuisinart deluxe ice cream maker for a while and absolutely love it. It hadn’t been working properly last few times. Contacted customer services and Islania was brilliant. She understood the issues we were having and has replaced our ice cream maker. Top notch customer service. I would recommend Cuisinart products and Islania gets 10/10

My ice cream maker stopped working, rang to ask what was wrong and if they could help, so helpful went beyond what they you would have to do.
Could do with customer service in all retail as good as these. I would give them 10stars if possible.

I have a CuisineArt air fryer oven, great for my family with teenagers as they can cook all they need, pizzas, chips cookies etc without any fuss. Unfortunately it stopped working properly, so I reached out to Cuisine Art customer services under the 3 year guarantee, having long since lost my receipt. A couple of emails and a replacement is winging its way to me, not only was the customer service person very helpful, emails were responded to quickly and my issue was resolved with no fuss and nonsense. Very impressed!

I'm a big fan of the Cuisinart range, and half half a dozen products. I have actually had two minor problems with these appliances. One was probably the courier bashing the box about, and the other was a piece of plastic that broke during first usage. On both occasions Customer Services were very good. Once replacing the part, and the other, replacing the whole appliance.
So still very impressed.

We have loved using the Cuisinart wine bottle opener and our friends get a thrill from using it when they come over for dinner. Sadly (probably from over-use) it stopped charging. I contacted the Cuisinart Support Team. Islania responded straightaway and although the charger could not be repaired, she generously offered me a discount on a new one.

I have had such a good experience with Cuisinart uk. My product arrived with a fault, and after a brief phone call with Jeanette who asked me for a small amount of additional information, the product was replaced the very next day. I would say that was excellent customer service, would I recommend this company, quite simply yes.👍
