Complete silence after warranty return

Sadly, my spice grinder broke after 1 year of use. I wanted to source the coupler that had broken so I could attempt a repair. I contacted Cuisinart and was asked to instead return the grinder to be fixed under warranty, which I did. This was 6 months ago and I've had no communication since sending the grinder back. I've emailed monthly asking for information and began a new email chain and tried from different emails in case there was a problem with the email going to junk mail (etc.). No response at all. Very disappointed.

Purchased a Cuisinart Coffemaker from…

Purchased a Cuisinart Coffemaker from Tuesday Morning Store June 5, 2023. The coffee maker does not turn on. I called the store where purchase they are permanently closing and told me to reach out directly to Cuisinart.. On the owners manual is says hassle free exchanges or returns. IT DEFINITELY IS NOT! Very disappointed, customer service is terrible!

Quisinart - NOT the company it once was

The (on/off) switch on the Cuisinart grill fell apart. Contacted Cuisinart Customer Service to try and get a replacement switch. I still believe in repair and not filling the local land fill with sub quaity products like Cuisinart is now producing. Certainly NOT the company I remember buying from when you could count on their quality products.

TOA-060 until it caught on…

Loved my TOA-060 until it caught on fire (huge flames). Very scary. I have contacted cuisinart and I am having a hard time getting anyone to return calls or emails. I was told after the 4th call that someone would "still" email me but have not received anything from this company. I understand it is out of warranty but a fire is not something I would wish on anyone and hope they will help us out. Will update if or once I am contacted but for now, they get 0 stars.

Poor Products and Customer Service

Our experience is very similar to others. We paid extra for a multi temperature kettle that we thought would last. The first kettle lasted less than 2 years. Customer service was good and when we returned the kettle, a replacement was sent. Just over 2 years of using the replacement and it has now started going wrong - the same as the original one. Customer Service has been contacted and there’s no response whatsoever. The second kettle’s warranty was reduced to take into account that it was our second (not sure about the logic). Wouldn’t buy again.

Great CS but poor quality product...

The customer service is outstanding especially under warranty but products are poor quality. Our mutli-temp kettle started malfunctioning after 2.5yrs, this was replaced no quibble in August 2022 and a replacement sent out even before we returned our original. This replacement is now malfunctioning even worse than our original 6 months on and won't heat, just beeping and switching off becoming unusable. Luckily when our replacement was given they extended the warranty for 6 months from its original end date in November so I've filed another claim - Cuisinart/ConAir on their part have been responsive so far and sent a free return label but this time are wanting to inspect the kettle first before replacing. Looking online there seems to be long standing issues with this kettle, so it feels like a design flaw and lack of quality control. We obviously appreciate the good customer service now things have gone wrong, but we are a little frustrated that we are having to return something again after only being replaced 6 months ago. This isn't a cheap kettle, it cost us £70, and currently retails for around £100 - so there shouldn't be an excuse for the lack of quality and it should be built to last way longer than it currently is.

Really Poor Product Support

I purchased an Cuisinart Air Fryer for about $250 from Macys.com. After limited use, one of the cheap plastic knobs broke and I can no longer turn it on without a screwdriver. I attempted to call customer service at Cuisinart and listened to hold music for an aggregate of four hours - no one ever picked up. I also attempted to send them an email inquiry but their online form is screwed up and does not work. Useless. Pointless. More than frustrating.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AVAILABLE AFTER 4 TIMES AND HOLD TIMES EXCEED 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES. Still can't get thru and it's been 2 days

Terrible. I thought long and hard about purchasing a Cuisinart coffee maker as I've never had good experience with Cuisinart products. I should have trusted my instinct. I purchased one of their coffee makers off Amazon and it arrived in 2 days from one of the Amazon processing centers. While packed securely, somehow, the inside of the coffee carafe lid was scratched terribly, digging deeply into the plastic. I found 2 bad gouges and dents in the coffee plate itself. I attempted to contact Cuisinart customer service and held for 1 hour and 22 minutes with no answer. I later tried back, and this time, held for 54 minutes and hung up furious. I contacted Amazon, and posted a review with 6 pictures. I attempted to see if the coffee maker even worked, and found that it brewed with a terrible odor of plastic. The 1-4 cup brew selection didn't work. I did not have time for alot of coffee, but didn't want to fill it back up later, so I filled reservoir up to 10 cups and since I had only wanted a smaller amount of coffee. I used that required amount of coffee using their scoop. I expected it to beep after it brewed the 4 cups, however, after quite a long time, I realized it was brewing the whole 10 cups! So not only did it brew completely weak coffee, it smelled heavily of plastic! Undrinkable and a waste. I immediately contacted Cuisinart customer service back this morning and am still on hold after 1 hour and 32 minutes. So there is NO WAY to get in touch with this wretched company.

Cuisinart temperature control kettle and toaster

The quality of these products do not match the cost. We have had two failed kettles and two failed toasters! Initial customer service was good and they sent replacements but after the second faults on both products I have given up. Would never buy from this brand again. Out of pocket and extremely disappointed.

Had issue with customer service…

Had issue with customer service representative Courtney.
I had three separate interactions with her relating to the same issue with no resolution.
Spoke to another representative on a different occasion and it was resolved politely, professionally and expediently.
I found Courtney to be abrupt, arrogant, rude, and unprofessional.
She shouldn’t be involved with customer service.

Broken Grind and Brew Coffee Machines

I purchased a Grind and Brew Coffee Maker from Cuisinart and to be honest, I think their quality control is either broken or none existent.

There is a sign on the front of each machine (and I have had two) saying there might be some coffee in the grinder after testing. I think that is the only part they test because both machines I received (one as a replacement for the broken first machine) had exactly the same issue (the buttons to brew a coffee wouldn't work). The grinder ironicaly worked both times (though there was not a trace of coffee).

The only reason they get two stars is because the customer service was actually really helpful in my case. They shipped me a replacement machine (which also didn't work) and then provided a full refund when I got bored of testing their machines for them.

First and last experience of Cuisinart for me. It seems I am not alone.

Poor overall

Poor overall. 2 items bought through AO, kettle and toaster. Kettle had 3 replacement in 2.5y and toaster had 2 replacements. Customer service just give the same stock replies about returning and exchanging and not listening to the problems and wanting of refund. Very poor for the price.

Cuisinart.ca Customer Support

Customer Service Woodbridge On.
Grind and Brew Coffee Cuisinart Coffee Maker.
Don't waste your time trying to get any 'customer support' from The Cuisinart Service Centre; (cuisinart.ca -1-800-472-7606).
You wait 3 1/2 hours to talk to someone. (a call back service). The warranty had expired on this model.
No support is in place other than throwing your machine into a land fill site.
He told me impatiently;
1)"Don't carry the parts anymore".
Hey maybe it doesn't even need a part. Maybe it only needs a service; which brings me to;
2) They don't have any small appliance service affiliates. No help there!
When the gentleman couldn't spend 3 minutes on the phone to try to help, how in earth did it take him so long to call back. My opinion, he couldn't care less that this equipment is perfectly good and worth fixing.
His only useful but it wasn't useful information (because I know how to shop via the internet) was to tell me, where I could go to "get a new one".

Outstanding service from Cuisinart …

Outstanding service from their Customer Service people. Our Cuisinart multi temperature kettle started leaking from the handle. It was out of guarantee but within a couple of hours of contacting them, I had ordered a new kettle with a generous goodwill discount of 50%. Very impressive.

Makes a mess!!

Purchased a coffee machine from Cuisinart a two weeks ago and I don’t like it at all. It’s loud and super messy! Both the coffee maker and single sever splash coffee everywhere leaving my entire counter a mess. Wish I had purchased something else.

Bad design and poorly made by CCP slaves

My wife bought a Cuisinart 12 cup coffee grinder/maker because it looked good and has a familiar name. It is defective by design and malfunctions frequently! The coffee grinder does not hold enough beans to make 12 cups of anything but weak coffee at best! But the real problem is that the grounds get left in the grinder in varying amounts and stuck in the chute leading to the filter! The ruined mornings from weak bad coffee that must be poured out and replaced is the real issue! Then the clean up is bigger than when using a separate coffee grinder and it sticks to every surface from the humidity of the brewing coffee. It is a poorly executed idea and a piece of Chinese communist junk, likely made by prisoners or slaves, just before harvesting their organs for sale to the wealthy corporate globalist! Shame on the corporate officers and share holders of Cuisinart!

Very Very Bad Service from what should be a out standing company

The indoor outdoor Cuisinart Grill is very poor peace of equipment look great but sadly is very poorly built. I am appalled with the product and the customer service. I returned a grill as the plate kept popping of when heating up.
my parcel was return with them stating it was a fault with the plate and my product had been thoroughly tested when in fact it was still in the exact same packing that I sent it in it hadn't even been opened. then to be told ohh the service team said it had been tested etc. So I am now a liar and my machine plate still springs of when its hot and now a big chunk is missing from the back of it.
Now to waste my time even more after sending in a photo of the damage I have received a email this afternoon stating "Under the terms of the guarantee, your appliance will need to be returned to our Customer Care department to enable us to replace it"
It is now a toss up wither it gets tossed in the bin or it gets sent back.
Avoid !!!!!!
