Be warned if buying - returns

Be warned if buying, we are wanting to return our product and fully understand the company website states that shipping costs are responsible for the return. We are now being asked to return to an overseas warehouse with no compensation because of stock levels. This is not ok, customers should not be penalised because you cannot control your correct stock levels. Very poor practice and do not recommend!

Great Product and timely delivery

Terrible slicer/grater. more of a musher

The slicer/grater is more musher/hit miss slicer.

For the price I am completely disappointed in the function of the device.

Grating is just a complete mushing event that ends up with half the food cutting laps on top of the blade.

Slicing was terrible and again more mushed and on the blade than cut up in the bowl.

Yes I read the instructions.
Yes I used correct settings as per both Thermomix pop up box and written instructions in the box.
Yes I tried hard (carrots) and softer (cheese) items and all in between to form my opinion.

Very very disappointing. I’d like a refund.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish, made in china. Posses to be a Thermomix product, doesn't do what is stated on there website. They don't standby there return policy stated on there website. As for there comments on my previous review, I brought all that up with them, they are all talk. They said they don't even have an address in Australia where you can return something if your not happy with. If they get your money and there is a problem, kiss it goodby. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE SO CALLED "culinary family". Family, they don't even know the meaning of the word. NOT HAPPY
