Culligan are fine. Only fine.
Culligan are fine. Water generally arrives in good time. It is when things go a bit wrong they seem unable to react. In the past that was invoices, it has been a water delivery gone missing. Currently, it is a faulty water machine that is leaking onto our carpet and in spite of numerous calls it just doesn't get resolved. We are going to look for a new supplier if there are any left after Culligan seemed to buy them all up!

Emergency order was delivered today at our primary school. Dean was polite and checked we were okay for everything and whether we needed to amend our next order. He couldn't do enough for us.

Rubbish customer service
Terrible customer service. Our machine has been broken for over a week. I have phoned and emailed numerous times to be told they will email us with updates but nothing. They did deliver a machine (wrong one) and luckily someone one was there to take it in as we had no knowledge of the delivery. We now have a broken machine and a large floor standing machine taking up space in a small kitchen and still no answers to when this will be taken away and the correct one delivered.

Sad I can't add another positive review…
Sad I can't add another positive review to the list, because that was not my experience. Placed an order, paid, received nothing. No tracking information, no delivery update, and a customer service team that spent a week bouncing me between two companies rather than solving a simple problem. Culligan directed me to an email address that doesn't exist. When I asked for help by email (having told them I can't make phone calls), they told me to call. Case number issued, zero action taken. Still no water, still no tracking link, still no resolution after 8 days of chasing.

Despite cancelling all our accounts…
Despite cancelling all our accounts with them, they continue to send us invoices and even deliver water somewhere in the neighbourhood for us to collect (!). I have lost count of how many emails and phone calls have been exchanged.
Customer service apologises and confirms that our accounts have been closed, but shortly afterwards someone contacts us asking for delivery confirmation, or we receive yet another invoice for water cooler maintenance!
We have had an ongoing dispute for almost two years, and there seems to be no way to resolve it. If you have more than one location, I would strongly recommend staying away from them.
Receiving yet another invoice has prompted me to leave this review.
