Generally a good product range but I have some issues:
1. On checking out the default is express shipping, if you're not concentrating and don't remember to uncheck it you'll be in for a very expensive surprise.
2. The shipping exclusions list doesn't seem to be up to date.
3. The live chat isn't actually live, or a chat, and could not recognise my query about shipping exclusions.
4. As is becoming increasingly common with many companies its is nearly impossible to find an actual email account to direct an enquiry to.

Great store, but their shipping fee, regardless order value and highest membership status, is a slap in the face. I purchased a lot from them, but now with extra shipping fee I’ll go only for items I can’t find anywhere else.

Lost package
You lost my package so that was disappointing.
I’m disappointed with this experience. My parcel was lost in transit and I had to contact customer service myself after there were no tracking updates for several days. I appreciate that a replacement was eventually arranged, but the whole situation was very frustrating, especially after waiting for my order and receiving no updates.
I would have appreciated better communication and perhaps a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused.
I talked to your agent Luke and he did his job correctly so this has nothing to do with him.
