I reached out to Cult Kits needing help with items from a different storefront and not only was David very quick in responding to my messages - which itself required some urgency - he was also exceptionally kind and helpful with the matter. And as the title said, it was even before becoming a customer!

Cult Kits is THE place I will return to as I keep searching for my Walter Zenga Internazionale jersey.

If 'cult' is supplying hard-to-find football jerseys, in this case without the horrible compulsory (in the high street) sponsor's ad on the chest then this is a cult I could get into.

The quality of the products is excellent. The jerseys are in the condition as described in the shop. The items are delivered freshly washed to your home within a timeframe that is completely reasonable for an EU import from the UK (about 1-2 weeks). The customer service is also friendly and quick to assist with any issues or refunds.

My son has played soccer since he was young and just finished his first year playing pro with the Michigan Stars in the NISA league.

I found out about Cult Kits and their mystery boxes from my son. I have purchased one for my son and his best friend for the past several years. It is tradition to get together with them for brunch over the holidays and I give them their Mystery Boxes. They are 23 now and still get completely excited about the contents❣️

I didn’t see the mystery boxes on the web site and was worried they weren’t going to sell them. I contacted Cult Kits and received a response the same day!

More impressive, is the fact that someone from Cult Kits contacted me to let me know that the Mystery Boxes were listed on the site and ready for purchase.

Well done, Cult Kits. Thank you for allowing me to keep this tradition alive with my son and his best friend. You have no idea how much this means to a mother❣️

Awesome customer service: I forgot to put the promo code they were offering in my order. I sent an email and within 12 hours, it was all sorted for me. Brilliant.

I ordered a t-shirt about 2 weeks ago, besides the fact that the trackers are pitiful and did not give the exact location of the package even 1 time.
Today it arrived and I was at home, no courier rang, when I left I found in the box a notice of non-delivery because no one was home (I was there and they didn't even buzz!!!).
This evening I check on the courier site and it is reported that the package was not delivered because it was too bulky, A T-Shirt PACKAGE INGOMBRATING ?!?!?!
SHIPPING SERVICE COMPLETELY TO BE REVIEWED.
I had already bought from them and they had a different shipping service that worked, what happened? Why did they switch to such poor service ?!!!

I love Cult Kits. They are truly legit and authentic, and I had no issues at all with the quality of the kits that I bought. They have so many different kits and I love their daily drops. Their customer service is just super solid. They have been so responsive to my emails in solving my queries and needs. They are now my only go-to for the classics. Keep it up Cult Kits, you guys rock!!!

Hi I recently bought the 2002 Brazil jersey medium sized with no name on the back for 93 dollars and it came smelling like deodorant, armpit marks on the armpit area and dark spots on the back that won’t come off which leads me to believe that it came used and also it had scratch marks on the back. I would like to recover the 93 dollars that I payed

It's the first time I have bought a football shirt from Cult Kits and it certainly won't be the last.
I received my shirt this morning, four days after my purchase, it was well packaged and the shirt is in excellent condition as described.
I had a few questions about the shirt and requested a couple more pictures, Mr David Jones who I was dealing with couldn't have been more helpful, he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, thank you David.

Cultkits has a great selection for used and even brand new vintage shirts. The exact out to pit measurements weren’t on the product description and I wasn’t sure if those changed in almost 20 years, so I contacted them and received an email in 5 minutes that they will send the exact measurements for 3 shirts I was interested in. Once purchased the shirt was sent out next morning to arrive 2 days after placing the order. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with an independent online shop! I can highly recommend shopping with them and I am sure when the right shirt will hit their shop I will too. Thanks so much Cultkits!

Have purchased lots pf kits from Cult Kits in the past all have been great quality authentic kits.
Recently i purchased a kit that had a manufacruring defect causing all the sponsors to come off in a wash that was in accordance with care instructions on the tag. The kit arrived sealed bnwt so there would have been no way for them to know of this. Upon contacting them, even outside of the eligible return period it was one of the most seamless customer service encounters i've had, and have since recieved a full refund.

TL:DR: Good kits, better customer service :)
