Great range of gifts, my order was lost by the courier and they replaced it immediately. Very good communication and quick resolution.
Needed a mug for my mate who loves the word, but took advantage of the 3 for 2 offer, so now got Christmas sorted too! Mugs were great quality, and turned up sooner than I thought, i'll be back
Paid extra on Monday 27/5/24 for fast delivery they have taken the money nothing has arrived no reply to any email ….no tracking available
Ordered Wednesday, paid extra for first class delivery. It’s now Saturday (the day I need the card), and it’s still not here. I msg them yesterday and have not received a reply. Total waste of money.
I placed an order on 21st of May for a colleague’s leaving card, Paid extra for 1st class postage as I needed this asap. By the 25th I still hadn’t received my order so emailed them, absolutely no reply what so ever I then emailed again on the 11th of June to yet again be ignored. Zero communication at all and out of pocket for something I never received and also having to go and buy another card last minute, Won’t be using again! I would say poor customer service but even worse there wasn’t any at all.
