NOT WORTH GIVING A REVIEW!

I was looking forward to the first experience I had with this cupcake business, but sadly I was disappointed. The cupcakes were rushed and delivered at time that suited the cupcake business as no consideration was taken on board to the actual time I asked them to be delivered as I received a call to say that can they deliver earlier than arranged. The CUPCAKES DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE CUPCAKES ONLINE - Felt stressed out with this order - Plus the birthday message was missed off as it was my nieces 18th birthday cupcakes - The person I spoke to on the phone to complaint about the cupcakes didn't no what to say or how to recife the problem as he just went silent and just added every now and again "I'm sorry " - then eventually he went silent so I said "what are you going to do" - he then issued an useless apology and so i just said I will never order from you again and said good- bye! I'm just so disappointed with the whole process. Next time I will make my own cupcakes!

Except for the small delay with the delivery, everything else was great! 4.5 stars. My mom loved them too, thank you!

Service was above and beyond...

The baker personally drove two hours after something happened in their business over the weekend to ensure my cakes were delivered on time. Really kind and friendly people supporting us.

Didn't deliver at all, didn't really keep me updated. I font know whether they will deliver tomorrow or not. Won't be ordering from them again.

The wrong cup cakes were delivered and the delivery arrived 1 hour and 50 minutes later than booked.

Same day delivery. Very fresh. Disappointed one of my flavours was swapped out but I'd use them again.

Very bad experience. You take orders but are not able to complete them and then when I keep asking for udate, I’m informed it will be delivered next day and even the next you are not able to deliver. Finally after many calls, I am told that my money will be refunded. What! That’s not what i wanted! Horrible

Couldn’t write a better review - ordered at 3.45pm to my sister in a different city as a surprise treat. I put 5pm-5.45pm delivery but didn’t really mind if it was a bit later. Cupcakes were delivered at 5.20pm with a note I requested in the delivery notes. Thank you!!

I ordered from outside the Uk and when there was a problem with the address, someone from the company contacted me to make certain they could get it to the recipient! And they did! Very happy with the service.

The cup cakes were ordered late in Wednesday evening and delivered the next day as promised.
The cakes were stunning and absolutely delicious.
I will definitely recommend your company and use you again.

The cupcakes were delicious and well presented. However, they were a bit smushed and they didn’t arrive on time.

A problem in the kitchens meant that my order could not be delivered, but I was at least warned in advance so I could find an alternative.

Delivery was exactly on time and cupcakes were perfect. So happy I have found this small business and will definitely be using them again.

I ordered from the website for my husband’s birthday and they didn’t delivered on time and still I don’t know where is the order.

I appreciate the ability of the company to provide next day delivery. However, there was no communication for when the delivery would be made. I set up a delivery time of 11:30- I had to call the company and inquire as to when the delivery would be made- and that was after 12pm the day of delivery.
When the phone was answered, it was not with a company greeting, which initially made me wonder if I was being scammed.
Then, to be told that all deliveries were out and they were looking to Taxi the order for delivery? Do you not plan ahead and coordinate deliveries accordingly?
As they were running behind, I would have appreciated a heads up, a more specific ETA and even the offer of a partial refund as the cupcakes were finally delivered closer to 3pm and the recipient they were intended for had already left for the day. No apology, no follow up. (Especially after sharing that my cupcakes were made and ready for delivery at 6:30am that morning! An early delivery is not a bad thing! A 4 hour LATE delivery IS a bad example of customer service!)
I can NOT recommend this company. They are not reliable and do not keep the customer in mind.

Quite simply. The best vanilla birthday cake I have ever tasted! My view was echoed by many of the guests at my nieces birthday party. I am so impressed and recommend Cup Cakes London to everyone!
