I'm so confused by this stuff!

I'm a fragrance enthusiast, but I'm not really into the technical side, so bear with me.
First, it's obviously not going to have women leaping into your lap. It's a silly advert. I'm not judging the product on that, but I am judging the company for advertising at the level of back of an 80s "jazz mag" next to the pics of a nude pregnant woman molesting a telephone handset.

Scent:
My first whiff was of perfumey artificial floral oddness, but I gave it a moment to air. Can't be too judgemental before giving it fair chance.
Then it quickly got nice. Zesty, onto grassy botanical, to fresh peppery nasturtium leaf, through icy sea breeze, and hitting good proper bold black pepper. In that order, over an hour or two. Nothing like the description on the packaging, but really nice. I was ready to come and sing its praises.
But from then on, it became the chemically background smell of cheap air freshener yet somehow very forward, mixed with general purpose furniture and wood polish. Funny, that's kind of the same description of smell in the advert, presented as a complaint by someone who received counterfeit stuff (again, you'd have to be intellectually challenged to think the CEO called a complainant on his personal phone number to have a conversation. Especially as presented in the ad.).

Buying experience:
The page bombards you with hard selling products, but not straight away.
Until you've bought the basic stuff, I don't think you can even see their range of products... by the time you HAVE bought it, you've been forced to watch a separate video presentation on each one, then rejected (assuming you have some self respect) each one several times over! Once I realised this, I only went through the rest of the process because I wasn't sure if I'd been charged yet.

Very scammy ads.
Very scammy site.
Mixed feelings about the scent itself. Maybe I'll do a Richie and Eddie, spray it in some buuurd's face while I buy her a cola drink at the bar and fail to make smalltalk.

Waited 2 weeks for my full $300 bundle

Waited 2 weeks for my full $300 bundle cologne shipment said I was going to receive it never received it they just refunded my money today I'm not happy with how long it took and that I never received these packages one star if I can give this a zero star I would. And the lack of communication for the shipment is ridiculous.

The YouTube ad charged me 3 times

The YouTube ad charged me 3 times. Wouldn't let me exit, and I never confirmed my purchase/address. I have asked to be refunded for 19 days now, and still have no reply.

They replied to me... see below just be aware in real life everytime I asked for a refund they ghosted me. In the chat i was having and the emails. I filed a complaint with my CC that should do it.

Update: They did refund my money. I'll move them up to 3 stars... from 1.

If you close the 20 minutes of video trying to get people to order more you automatically charge for an order after payment details are obtained.

Chemical smelliness.

Terrible. I want my money back. Perhaps the Pheromones do work but they are totally masked by chemicals. I have tested it with several different women and let me tell you...it is a definitive NO!. Absolutely terrible chemically smell. Go find a different Pheromone Cologne. Or grow a pair and become a man a woman would fall for.smelling. It is also causing my girlfriend to sneeze a lot. She is not happy.

I took was convinced that this product was really good, it's not. Either I am the most repulsive guy on earth, a possibility, or this stuff is complete nonsense. It's the latter. Expensive crap and if you do decide to order you are bombarded with even more crap they get you to try and buy, I counted nearly 10 different things that you have to make sure you decline before they get added to your order. Scam

I've asked people, if they can smell my cologne after I spray cupids a lot!., all I get is" I smell a little bit,"or "barely". For making money you're a smart company, but also the king of liars. Enjoy my hundred and twenty bucks because I'm going to tell everybody that Cupid's is just a scam, & probably the biggest one on the internet. Lies delays and failure to do what they say - on all level;s

When attempting to order the "free" trial size which they charge $9.99 for shipping, I was directed to a page which displayed several different scents, of which they wanted me to order each. I promptly left the ordering site and went to their customer service email address requesting this order be stopped immediately and the money refunded to my account before the order was processed or shipped. After a few back and forth emails, I was informed that my order was found and I would receive a refund to my account in 5 to 10 business days. Well the time has pasted and now total silence - I can get no response from customer service whatsoever. They went ahead and shipped the "free" trial, which arrived in my box smashed and leaking over all my mail.
The worst customer service I have ever seen and the smell of my mailbox is so bad I will be needing to bleach it out in hope of removing the stench.
Keep away from this company!!! Save yourself the headaches and being lied to.

As noted below Cupid's replied to this complaint, and requested additional information. Most of which was already included in the original complaint. But I not only answered them here, I also sent the info to them in a separate email.
Don't let their "concerned" response fool you. After providing them the information requested. No another sound from them. No new cooespondence here, and no reply to the email. More lies and deception.

I did however open a case with PayPal
They refunded money and pursued Cupid's to receive a reimbursement.

STAY AWAY! DO NOT PURCHASE!

Once I learned that I was charged even though I never finished the transaction, I immediately emailed to cancel and get a refund. I received one email saying they would escalate my issue and then crickets. I have sent 5 subsequent emails with no response. What a garbage company. Everyone on here should get involved in a class action lawsuit against these frauds. The positive reviews are obvious plants or bots. Any real person on here has been scammed by these garbage people.

Not sure about this company

It seems that this company is set up to just 'get money' and not earn it. All the hype and click bait with the ads....I ordered it just to see. I paid $180.00 and only got 1 of the 4…

I paid $180.00 and only got 1 of the 4 bottles I ordered. There is zero cuatomer service to help. The AI assistant says I did get my complete order when in fact i did not. They also refused to honor the 30 day money back garuntee. Cuipd is a real scam steals your money provide gross neglegent incompetent coustomer service. If I operated my medical practice as cupid operates i lose my medical licsence and go to jail for gross neglegence. CEO needs to be jailed for fraud. Do not buy stay away from this fraud

SUPER SCAM "cologne" BEYOND WASTE OF MONEY and TIME!!!

The Cupids cologne that I purchased ( much of it unwanted but was added to my original order WITHOUT my permission) not only does not work in any shape or form with its BS " pheromones" it DOESNT SMELL GOOD!! I wore nothing but it for 2 weeks and not ONCE did anyone even say they liked my cologne or even acknowledged that I was wearing any. And by the end of the second week I was DRENCHING myself in it, to even see if I could get ANY reaction-positive OR negative. I got NOTHING!! So no only are ALL its "pheromone" clams COMPLETE BULL SHIT!!! It doesn't even smell as good as generic Axe or Old Spice. NOTHING BUT TARGETED ADD SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY!! Even if you are SUPER RICH!- waste your money in a better way like just setting it on FIRE!!! The smell of burning money will do WAY more to attract women and get their attention then wearing this GARBAGE PRODUCT!!!!
