Parts missing from order. They have no intention of correcting there mistake. They ask for pics wich i sent over and over again they just say the same thing. Avoid at all costs its just a massive scam

I purchased a handbag July 19, 2026. It has never been delivered although the scam Customer service arm of this company insist they have sent me two. Don't do business with these people!

I ordered a pair of shoes from Beezily.com. I ordered the shoes in a khaki color. What I got was a dark chocolate brown color. I contacted customer service, they requested I send them a picture of what I got. I did. They insisted that they sent me the correct color! They refused to give me a full refund! I got a 40% credit. This place is a scam!

I never received my order for the personalized solar eagle light. It’s been almost 3 months and never received it nothing at all. I believe I got scammed by him . I spent over $50 on it I don’t want anyone else to fall for his bull.

I wouldn't even give this company one star - they are horrible and should be closed down. I wish a class action suit could be started. I ordered a firework type item for my nephews (2) and the package did not arrive until way after the 4th of July. After the 4th I attempted to cancel the order but was ignored. They sent the wrong items around July 18 - I tried to return them and they wanted the items shipped back before they would issue a refund - I asked for a free return label - denied. I put in a dispute with my credit card company - they said I had to cancel the dispute and then they would work with me. I did so and sent them on many many occasions a screen shot of the cancellation to no avail. I reported them to the BBB and they would not even acknowledge them. The package came from a person's address - not a company address. I sent a letter to the name on the return label and he did not respond either. Someone needs to shut them down now!

Ordered the beautiful ceiling projector that was supposed to project a moving image all over the room - (from the advertisement)... two cheap pieces of black plastic showed up that project a small image on a smal part of the ceiling just barely. you go to return, you have to pay to return to China which will cost you close to $100. Do not buy anything from this company!!

I ordered a device, supposedly to help get better fuel economy. Once I realized this order was coming from China, I immediately notified the company to cancel. I checked the tracking, and it had not left their facility so that should’ve been able to be canceled. They said they could not cancel it because it was already on its way which in fact it was still in their warehouse waiting to be shipped. They said, “just try the product, you might just like it”. When the product was received, about 30 days later, what I received was not what was offered in the advertisement. it was very cheap and all plastic. I tried to return the item for a full refund, and after a song and dance I was offered a very offensive refund amount of 5% of the original investment for me to keep the product. When I said no, and wanted a full refund, they said I would have to pay for shipping back to them, which would far exceed what my original investment was and that I should just keep the product. They were right about the shipping. Total SCAM!!!

This company is a scam. They advertise one product and then send you a very cheap product that is not even similar in value to what you pay for. I exchange six emails with them trying to resolve the issue and they would not work with me. The final email I let them know if we cannot resolve it. I would dispute it with my credit card company. I disputed it and got my money back immediately today I received an email from them asking me to reverse the dispute and could we work it out? Nothing to work out six emails they didn’t want to own the scam and give me my money back so now I have my money back and I threw their garbage in the trash.

I haven't received my order and it's been a month with no response or refund and the tracking number is not registering but I have confirmation that you got my money .

What I ordered was not what I received at all it was the projector thing and it was a little circle didn't move totally a scam took over a month to receive. This should be stopped I thought it was a company in USA but it's China. Do not order nothing from them.

Its a scam! Don't order from them, it takes forever to get, then what you ordered is something totally different and very cheap. You can't get your money back! Total scam!

I purchased a product advertised as a blood glucose monitor that included multi-function monitoring for heart rate and blood pressure. However, the item I received does not include any blood glucose functionality. Furthermore, it appears that this specific product does not exist in the inventory, making the original advertisement misleading.
When I requested a return label, I was informed that I would need to cover the shipping costs to China. This company advertised as a US-registered business and it is unacceptable to expect the customer to absorb expensive international shipping fees or a fulfillment error and incorrect product description on their part.

This is a scam company out of China, burned me for 65 dollars on a copper braclet, sent a tracking number that can't be tracked, said was shipped over a month ago. Please don't spend your money with this company. Report them to BBB!!!

There are many products advertised on Instagram that are Chinese Companies flogging their cheap low grade products.
I am guilty of buying clothes/ shoes and many gadgets that are all cheap knockoffs.

I ordered an endoscope for my IPhone and was sent an endoscope for an android phone! I contacted them and they asked me to send them photos of what I received, the tracking number, and a photo of the QR code from the box. After I sent it they replied that they can’t find my order in their system and therefore can’t help me. Total scam operation!

If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered the HD Proctor, nothing like the description, took forever to arrive and they only want to refund pennies of my refund. They won't provide a return label and want you to pay for the shipping to return to China. The shipping will cost more than the item purchased. I was not made aware the product was coming from China until after I paid. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. You have been warned!

This is a SCAM company. I have sent several emails regarding my catnip and silvervine chews. They kept sending me tracking information and told me that there was a delay due to the bad weather. I demanded a refund once because I had been waiting for over a month for this product to come in. They kept telling me to be patient and just wait again sending me a bogus tracking number. I asked them for a refund a second time and they sent me an email stating that my package was delivered and it was left on the doorstep or front door of a post office. I sent them an angry email asking why was my package sent to a post office? I demanded a refund and sent them a email warning them that this would be heavily investigated.

I ordered the stainless citrus squeezer, and they’re sending me the plastic one . They’re ripping people off.

Big scam place. Bought this plug and play ceiling display of ocean. On the advertisement lookED like a beautiful real ceiling display. I received a cheap light with a very cheap picture display on the ceiling. What a WASTE OF MOMEY!!!
