I ordered the stainless steel lemon squeezer and paid over $60 AUD after the conversion. What I received is nothing like what was advertised. I received an item you would get out of a Christmas Cracker as the toy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would give this site a 0 Review. Do NOT order from this company. Check out their return policy!? They do not respond to e-mails. Their "contact" e-mail is a joke. I actually feel the website is a spam.

I would’ve given them zero stars if it had been possible. This company, cu8trend, is a fraudulent company. They are right out of China and advertise products, but what you get is not what they have advertised. They sell knock offs and not even good quality ones. I recently had a bad experience where I ordered something not knowing it was coming from China, and it was not what I ordered. The color was wrong. The description was wrong. It came in a mailing bag, not even in a box with no return information at all. I’ve been going back-and-forth with them for a week trying to get this returned and now they’re saying I can return it, but I have to pay postage back to China, which is more than what it cost to purchase this item. Do not be fooled and do not order from this company. Most things on Instagram or Facebook are coming from China and cannot be trusted. I hope this helps others in the future.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS.
They will take your money and either send a wrong cheap item or send you nothing.
They won’t respond to your emails and you can’t do anything about it…

Worst company to order from. Received the wrong product and they did not even try to assist with getting my correct item sent and offered me a $3 refund. What a joke, do not use these people or waste your time.

I ordered a full beautiful hanging fern basket.....I got leaves. No hanging basket and not enough leaves to pit in a basket if I did get one. Did I contact the customer service, yes. Sorry you got the right order. Disgusting. I gave them 1 star as there was nothing lower.

I want a refund, however you can not get in contact with them! What I ordered look NOTHING LIKE WHAT THE ADVERTISED! I’m disputing this false advertisement and the fact that you can not reach anyone is fraud. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, WORST EXPERIENCE THUS FAR! I will be reporting you and you WILL NOT GET PAID!

This tacky ass Chinese company masquerades as a cutesy boutique based in the US. They advertise an item, then after a month of waiting, deliver you the shittiest 3-D printed plasticky piece of crap version of what the item is, but in no way matches the advertised material, color or design. They charged me $30 for a high-end looking resistance band and delivered $2 plastic 3-D printed crap. Reported for bait and switch. Don't order from them.

This company is horrible to work with. They will NOT give you a full refund. They didn’t send what was advertised at all. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Don’t order from them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I would give NO stars if that was an option! Definitely a SCAM company. Ordered 3 products. One as described and other two totally different, knockoffs and unusable. Emailed and got offered $7 and told I should take their offer. Told them to shove their offer and that I would be writing a bad review if problem not fixed. After reading all the reviews here, I know I won't hear from them.

Very poor experience with this company. I placed an order for three specific items, but only one item I received was correct. The other two items were completely different from what I ordered, and the colors did not match what I selected.

Customer service has been extremely disappointing. I contacted the company to resolve the issue, but they have not replied to my last email. Being ignored after receiving incorrect items is unacceptable.

This experience feels very misleading and untrustworthy. I would strongly recommend that others be cautious before purchasing from this company. I am still waiting for them to correct this issue or provide a refund.

I would not do business with Cur8trend again, nor will I recommend any United States citizen conducting business with this Overseas company. They Do Not honor their return policy, they force you to pay the expense of returning their product.

This company advertised for quick rust removal product sent me Grease Spray Lubricant. website is inaccessible though they say 90 day refund policy.
DO NOT WASTE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY. We are giving them some free advertising though---- my wife has 2.1 mil followers on social media and ALL got notified of how this scam outfit works.

I ordered two of the same winter masks from them back during the winter. I even tipped them. I was never sent any tracking. Any emails. Nothing. Sent them a email they refused to refund me. Winters over now wasted over 50$ for this. It won’t let me leave a review on shop or their website so I’m leaving it here.

This company has a bait and switch business model. They advertised a pair of smart glasses that were not as advertised when received. When I contacted them to request a return and refund, they offered me a fraction of my cost and told me to keep the product. I'm highly insulted!
