I rang up in order to enquire about acquiring an earlier appointment with the clinician. Karley was of the upmost help, she was able to search for earlier appointments and although there wasn’t any currently available, Karley gave me the option to email her directly should there be any cancellations. Furthermore she advised that I was able to receive some more medication to last me until the appointment and provided the information for me to do so. Very polite, useful and easy customer service. Thanks Karley.

Fantastic been with them for months. You can use your NHS login to create an account so no need to be sending all your documents over it’s automatic.
Good variety of stuff and happy to change it when needed. Every doctor or Pharmacist I have spoken has been professional, understanding and generally nice to talk to.

Sadly this company doesn't seem to treat people as complex individuals.
But firstly, if you live in Wales expect to do a lot of the chasing of GP notes for them! I asked them to contact my GP in mid February when I applied. Each week I got an automated message to tell me they were still waiting to hear back and suggesting I upload the notes. I don't have them! After 3 weeks I did get the notes they asked for printed out by my gp and then scanned them back in and sent them to curaleaf. Very tiring for me. But my history is complex and curaleaf wanted more details, understandable, and so I again asked curaleaf to talk to my GPs directly. I now know from my GP that they didn't bother contacting my GP at all until then. A month after my application.
Sadly curaleaf never bothered to talk to me and decided I was too complex. So, instead asked my GP to make the decision on if cannabis was safe for me. Which my GP was not happy to do, not being an expert on cannabis.
Very frustrating and lots of wasted time by me.
Oh and I am expecting the standard response from curaleaf saying "we can not identify this patient" even though my name is unique!
Update:
I tried once more to explain my situation to curaleaf over email. But they completely refuse to listen.

As proof that I was trying to be a patient as my account is now closed, here is a copy of one of the first emails of those I recieved weekly:

In your application, you asked us to try and retrieve your Summary of Care Record (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) / Emergency Care Record (Scotland) from your GP or the NHS database of patients with your consent.
We are still in the process of retrieving your records from your GP. Please be advised this can take up to 28 days. To speed up the process, you may choose to provide these yourself using one of the methods below:
Upload them to your Curaleaf Clinic account here
Email them to
Telephone your GP practice and request that the medical secretary send this information via email or to you, so you can upload it to your Curaleaf Clinic account
Please note: If there is no activity on your application for a period of six months, your application will be closed. If your application remains inactive for an additional six months after closure, it will be permanently deleted. In such cases, a new application will need to be submitted to proceed.
