Some issues benefit from a short course of 6-8 sessions, while others may need a longer, gentler pace to work through the tangle of feelings, thoughts, relationships. The type of session will be discussed in the initial assessment consultation, which is charged at the same rate irrespective of the type of therapy chosen. Sometimes a single session to gain insight into your process and patterns can scaffold your journey of self discovery. These insight sessions are more directive, fast paced and require you to be open, vulnerable and commit to the process so you can build a strategy for self improvement to take away and work on in your own time. After 16 years working as a management consultant in the creative industries and the real estate industry, I now run a private therapy and coaching practice helping clients find fast relief and lasting change for a range of issues. I draw from an extensive toolkit including cognitive and behavioural therapies, counselling skills, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, breath work, transactional analysis, stress inoculation training, human givens therapy and hypnosis to help you get the results you want. I firmly believe that you can become a happier, healthier, more hopeful version of yourself and write a new and abundant life story. Watching clients find the relief and release they are searching for is the most rewarding aspect of what I do. We all have times when we struggle, don't wait till you are in crisis.
