Shocking customer service had to jump…
Shocking customer service had to jump through hoops the pen was faulty, sent lots of videos never good enough, only used one dose out the pen and it went faulty, they refuse to send out another pen instead sending me money back for the 3 doses.

But the delivery company they use are not so good.
Only one to two hours notice of the delivery time and don’t always know the day.
If you miss delivery two times it’s returned to curate,

While we understand your frustration, we do attempt delivery twice before an order is returned to us, in line with our Terms & Conditions. As our medication must remain within a strict cold chain, once it has been returned to us it can no longer be used or resent, meaning a new order is required.
