From initial enquiry to successful sale of family home, and exciting purchase of beautiful apartment, the service, care and attention received from the whole team was as if I was a family member. I couldn’t have asked for better.

Contact was/is always very quick, an email answered within hours and appointments for viewings of property were well executed and fun.

We worked with Grant and Ellyshia to sell our mother's house, from the Weybridge office. Initially, Grant gave us some good advice on the best approach for pricing and marketing, which proved to be successful, as we had numerous viewings and two offers very quickly. Ellyshia was our main contact throughout the selling process. She handled the viewings and feedback, and then managed the sometimes tricky process from offer through surveys to completion. Both Ellyshia and Grant were friendly and professional throughout the whole process. I'd recommend them to others.

The experience of selling the house was affected by the extended time it took to find a buyer. Curchods did their best but their agency had ended before an offer was made by a couple who saw the house for sale through Curchods but did not make an offer at the time. Thereafter things went well helped by the fact that Curchods were also involved in the sale of their house and after being supported through anxious times Curchods secured both deals and the move was on. I would have given Curchods a higher score had the offer come earlier i.e. during their agency

The staff at the Weybridge office were professional and courteous when we reached out. One individual who truly stood out was Callum Houseman. He went above and beyond to ensure the sale of our house went through, even when the chain broke down. Callum worked tirelessly to keep things on track by securing another buyer. Although Callum wasn't our nominated negotiator, it’s clear that without his efforts, we wouldn't have been able to complete both the sale and our onward purchase.
