Cured Pharmacy Reviews 

I have been using cured pharmacy since the last 3 months now. And they are really amazing and fast process. I’m on Mounjaro was on 2.5mg for the first 2 months and have only just placed the 5mg. I have even some amazing results.

I have to apologise. I put quite a negative review as I hadn’t heard anything for the first 3 days after paying £149.99 for mounjaro. Then after that everything went smoothly and I just got the medication delivered today. If I use them again is another thing! It’s a lot of money to hand over to a company that has a lot of negative reviews. I think maybe too much of a chance to take. I think I just got lucky this time. But you don’t get the same service professionally that you would get from another company like Numan but obviously it’s more expensive.

Take your money, don't send your purchase, ignore all requests for help. Avoid!

Worst pharmacy experience I have come across. Very unprofessional service.

I placed an order for medication and paid online, but no one contacted me for the first five days. I had to repeatedly follow up myself to track the order. When I tried calling the pharmacy multiple times, no one answered.

I also emailed them and eventually received one response saying that a pharmacist would get in touch shortly, but no one ever did. Two days later, I received a WhatsApp message from a pharmacist asking for a document related to the medication. After I provided it, there was again no response.

I have now been requesting a refund, but still have not received any reply. The lack of communication and customer support is extremely disappointing.

Please be cautious before placing orders with this pharmacy.

I have been using cured for about 10 months,they have had a lot of my money.
I ordered mounjaro as I have done many times .It arrived very quickly which is unusual I was charged £5 as usual for this to be delivered in a cold packaging. The parcel was not cool,the cold packaging was in the box but had not been frozen, needles and pen were loose in bottom of box! I contacted cured,no reply, terrible service. I am now not sure whether to chance using or waste £200 ! Really uncaring, only interested in money.For anything important I would never use again. They never reply and don't do proper checks .I think eventually this business will be investigated. Extremely dubious company.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cured Pharmacy. They took my money and never sent my order. I spent a week chasing them for an update, and instead of resolving the issue, they cancelled the order without explanation. Even after cancelling, they still haven’t refunded my money.

This is completely unacceptable. A pharmacy should be reliable and trustworthy, and this experience was the opposite. Poor communication, no accountability, and no refund. I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

Stole my money- PLEASE BE AWARE:
I placed order #56576 on 28Feb26. Never arrived and I called them twice. They told me that they do not know what happened to my order and they would contact me back. They never did. I am going to complain to police but I should have never had to be in such a situation. They are a scam and I think they are after people’s money. Shame on you cured pharmacy!!

I had a great experience at cured pharmacy. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. They explained the medication and make sure i understood. I truly appreciate their excellent costumer care. Highly recommended cured pharmacy.

Not sure if the negative reviews are honest, but since placing my order I’ve received it within 3 days! There was no email communication,apart from automated ones, but the emails for extra information were send immediately after I’ve placed the order. Everything arrived as it should even with extra alcohol swabs etc. super happy and will buy again!

Wouldn’t give 1 star stead very well clear of these con artists been waiting weeks for a refund never again will I order from here

I would not recommend using this pharmacy.

On 20 February 2026 I placed an order for Mounjaro (Order #55356) and paid £239.99, including temperature-controlled delivery. The payment was taken immediately.

After placing the order I received no dispatch update and no prescription was issued. I tried contacting the pharmacy several times by phone but the line rang unanswered and the voicemail box was full. I also sent multiple emails requesting an urgent update as this medication is part of an ongoing treatment schedule.

Eventually I received a response stating that the prescription could not be approved due to a supposed gap in treatment. However, this was only communicated after my payment had already been taken. The medication was never prescribed, never dispatched, and I have still not received a refund.

Further emails have gone unanswered and I have been unable to speak to anyone at the pharmacy. As a result I have had to raise a dispute with my bank for goods not received.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that payment was taken before confirming whether the medication could actually be prescribed.

Avoid at all costs, placed an order, had the photos ready to send for consultation, I pay, then they want a video consultation (not told about this before I paid). I request a refund as I didn't want to do that, its been 7 weeks now, no replies to emails , they don't answer the phone, their phone mailbox is full. No contact from them at all. They have just kept my £150 and ignored me. Complete scam, they will steal your cash.

I placed my order before checking Trustpilot, I was then worried after seeing some bad reviews but I can confirm I have had outstanding service. The onboarding process was simple and my order was quickly approved, and my medication was sent out the same day. Delivered by Royal Mail, via tracked service. No complaints here, especially being cheaper than anywhere else

Cured pharmacy are amazing people, they check up regularly, and call you if there are any problems, nice polite pharmacists that do actually want to help on my weight loss journey. Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

Please skip this business. I had to report them to PayPal to get my money back.

They don’t answer email and their listed phone number just goes to a full mailbox. If I hadn’t used PayPal, I’d be out the money and who can afford that nowadays?

Oh, and they didn’t even respond to PayPal.
