Customer service
When I came across this shop I was thrilled to see their wide range of products. I made my purchase on the 7th of July 2025, the only correspondence I received was them telling me my order was complete and asking me to rate them on trustpilot. I have emailed twice since then both with no reply from the business. I purchased based off the numerous positive reviews I saw on trustpilot, and I hope this can be rectified as I am really looking forward to recieving these products!!! I will reply to this review with updates I receive for anyone considering buying

Excellent Customer Service
The service was fantastic. I accidentally purchased the Jessicurl Spiralicious Styling Gel twice, not realizing that my Klarna payment had gone through the first time. I contacted the company about my mistake, and they responded immediately. As soon as they received the second payment, they promptly reimbursed me. I would definitely buy from Curlsshop again.

they are trying to scam you in every step
The experience felt like they were trying their hardest to scam me.
First, I got a postNL tracking link saying my package was suppose to arrive the following day. Then, the message vanished, and it went to "trying to retrieve your order".
The store told me they had already shipped it, but the package only appeared in the system after 4 days (it was a weekend) of my contact questioning it.They emailed me saying it was shipped, but that was not on the postNL system.
Finally, I got my order. It was missing one item.
I questioned them about it again, and they told me they were out of stock. I understand that sometimes the website might have issues against your stock, but no communication about this issue was initiated. I had to ask them again what was going to happen before they put a refund request to me - the date they gave me was of the day I asked about it.
They were hoping I would forge what I ordered or hoping I would not request a refund, as no communication on their side was made. I had to question them twice before something was made. I wished to get an email about it, or a note on the package, anything so I would at least know they acknowledged their shortcoming.
