Deleted my account and still kept…

Deleted my account and still kept charging and sending subscription prescription and wouldn't refund the money. Please go with other providers who has better services

I really like the results

I really like the results , what I got from feedback was that my skin looked smoother and it had more even tones .The only reason I gave it a four was that it didn’t last that long , the bottles are sort of small but use sparingly and you’ll see great results !

Great experience overall

Great experience overall, my acne is much more under control and if I have any flare ups or issues you can easily message your provider and they get back to you promptly. They are willing to listen to your concerns and address each of them. I like the flexibility of ordering your package as well. Customer service is very prompt and responds quickly and has been very helpful.

Shady Business Practice & Poor Customer Service

I’ve had continuous issues with Curology. The most recent involved a payment method. I have one payment method (credit card) saved as the only payment method. Somehow Curology is charging a different card that is no longer saved on my account. In the past I have paid with my debit card but due to recurring issues I switched to credit card only. Despite removing/deleting my debit card from my Curology account, my debit card is still being used to pay for the product. How is this possible if I removed my debit card? I did call my bank and they said curology has a feature that allows previous payment methods to be used even if it was removed. Curology is claiming that it is the responsibility of my bank. Whatever the case, Curology has been the common denominator in the recurring issues I’ve had. Very poor customer service and shady business practices has been my experience with Curology.

Great Customer Service

Customer service was great. The chatbot seems to reply with the same generic message, but once you ask to speak with someone, service is fast, easy and helpful.

Great customer service

Well it didn’t start off good. Either it got lost with the delivery service r someone stole it but 1st time I never received an item thur mail but this company went out its way I think and shipped a new order for me. No charge either. Customer service was great
