Best customer service team ever
Best customer service team ever. I live in a big metropolis and sometimes have issues with delivery (I.e. stolen packages). Unfortunately this was the case today and I immediately reached out to customer service who responded promptly and with the best support. If it doesn’t show up by the EOD, they’re happy to give me a replacement. Such relief after thinking I’m out ~$100 and my treasured skincare routine. I came to Curology for the skincare (game changer btw) but I’ve stayed for the customer service and experience. They exceed my expectations time and time again. Thanks for your empathy and efficiency. More companies should emulate your practices.

Great experience and Amazing Products
My customer service experience today really made me feel happy to be a curology customer and also was the icing on the cake for me. The products have been life changing for me, for 6 years I've paid for expensive dermatology appts without results. I have now been using curology for 3 months and I have no plans on changing my skin care products. The responses have been very fast, I have been very impressed at how fast they have responded to my inquiries. I have been recommending them to everyone because I am just so happy with my results ☺️. Keep doing what you're doing curology.

Customer service was brilliant! I talked to a customer service specialist about getting a refund and at first they couldn’t give me refund since my order had the left the office already but I really needed that refund so they were able to make an exception for me! I really appreciated their understanding and help!

Be very careful about communications with minors
Be very careful if you order for a minor, which is likely much of this company's business given the focus in acne treatment. Once the initial - read payment - is made, all future notices go only to your child. This means shipments arrive at great cost without notice to you, just something to be very aware of as it is expensive and you may want to change timing, or suspend or cancel your subscription, but will be on the hook without warning.

Genuine patient care
Sammy and Jamie were amazing and helped me with every question and request I had. Texting them was much faster and efficient at getting a response, rather than emailing. I also liked that they don’t talk like robots, but like normal kind human beings. As someone who works at a dental office and treats our patients like family and friends rather than a “client” it definitely makes my patients feel comfortable and genuinely heard and cared for, and that’s the experience I got from texting both ladies. Keep doing what ever you guys are doing, it’s wonderful!
Easy Peasy
I got exactly what I wanted today without any hassle. I needed to push back my next shipment date and I needed to cancel a pending shipment/get a refund. I appreciate the great customer service and my skin has NEVER been this clear. I see myself being a Curology client for a long time.

Replacement Shipment
I had my acne prescription sent accidentally to my college. The shipment was lost and I inquired about a refund. Instead, the Curology team sent me a free replacement to my home address! Wonderful company with a thoughtful customer service team! I love this company and has been monumental in achieving clear skin 🩷

What could have been
First of all Curology topical cream helped improve my skin quite a bit over the years.
My issue was with the new hair product and the customer service I experienced after they messed up.
The product is supposed to take 3-6 months to take effect.
I was religiously applying this nightly for the first month. Then my second shipment never arrived. I got busy with a trip, an ER visit, and a hurricane, so it took me a while to check on this issue.
At this time I now had two shipments stuck in "pending". I was charged for both and neither ever shipped.
After contacting customer service I was offered $15 credit on my next shipment.
Keep in mind that each month is $89, so the first month was now a total waste. Since you have to be consistent to see results.
The experience was so frustrating that I will be canceling all my subscriptions with them. They showed me how much they care about customers.

I had an address change and it was right after they shipped out my curology. I got ahold of curology and they sent me a new shipment to my new address, free of charge. They were so kind, helpful, and accommodating! Love this company!

I love the new texting feature. They respond back right away. Always so friendly and so helpful. They always go the extra mile to answer all of my questions and help me with any issues I have. I like that they will work with you also. They don’t push there products on you like other companies. I’ve been with them for a while now.
