The service is not as good as it was
I have used CurrencyFare since 2013 for a number of transactions while moving money from the UK to Australia. They’ve been great. This current transaction wasn’t. I placed the order on Monday and the money was received on the same day in GBP. It took until Thursday to receive the money into my Australian account and 2 emails later. Using another FX company now.

The rates are always good, better than my bank, it's quick and easy to use.
Start a transaction send in the money exchange transfer out,it take about 5mins from start to finish.
The money is always in my account by the next day sometimes the same day.
