Great product, well made.
The web site was very informative & helped me make my choice. The delivery was quite timely. The mask & neck device is easy to use (10mins) & fits easy into my day. The only thing I have negative to say is that the neck collar is very large & I will be modifying the velcro belt closure to allow it to fit more snuggly for my small neck. As for the experience, I have only used it for just over a week, so will need see after 2 months, but the feeling is nice & my face does feel like there is something good happening though. Great product that is well made.

fault after fault
bought the led series 2 face mask. 10 month later the mask was faulty/lights would dim when the chord was at a certain angle. Paid for exchange, new mask was completely different, you can see the led tracks on the outside of the mask. there is clearly a production discrepancy
