I expect my shipping since one month
I expect my shipping since one month, I know it's my fault because I did a mistake when I wrote my address. Anyway I haven't a news about it. But I pay it (more than 300 euros). I love it + some little but
I love it, after three weeks only my skin feels much more glowing and my thin wrinkles start to be less visible (which I think is also due to the quantity of hydration my skin can absorb since I started the treatment).
I only regret that the mask isn't that perfectly comfortable: it slips on my face (I'd like to be able to attach it with two different straps, for example; thus I prefer lying on the bed when using it) and feels also really sticky on the skin (but does not leave any stickiness on the skin when removed, and this doesn't happen if a sheet mask is used underneath).

Poor carrier delivery which does not…
Poor carrier delivery which does not deliver on time and systematically let the packages to a relay.
French post is much more efficient than colis privé. You don’t want to let the customer choose his carrier. You lost one client, very unsatisfied.
