I bought curtain lining which wasn’t the correct colour. Kath and Rob couldn’t have been more helpful and I received replacement lining in record time. I can’t thank them enough for a wonderful, friendly and efficient service.

I received excellent service from them recently when buying curtain Fabric and blackout lining. I was buying the end of roll so they called me to work out if there was enough for my needs and also even most helpfully marked off the lengths for matching. I'd just had surgery so that was very kind. Artived super quickly too.Will definitely buy there again.

The curtains are ill-fitting - a) the returns are too wide so the corners droop down and b) there is too much extra material so the curtains are too bulky.
The company use a combined lining and interlining and it is very stiff. As a result the curtains splay out (despite having been folded and tied in place for 3 weeks). The company did not advise me of this fact before I ordered the curtains, despite several phone calls.
I have raised these maters with them but I have found them unhelpful.

I ordered some made-to-measure curtains last year. I phoned on a Tuesday morning and spoke to a very helpful assistant. I was expecting the delivery to take about 3 weeks, but two days later, on Thursday afternoon of the same week, the curtains arrived, all made up just as we wanted. Excellent.

The Curtain Fabric Store had the fabric I wanted that had been on Next’s web site but had been unavailable for weeks. Ordering the curtains was very easy, they arrived quicker than advertised, and are beautifully made, exactly to my specifications.

The curtains are beautiful and very good quality. I'm absolutely delighted with them. In addition their customer service are brilliant, always go over and beyond the call of duty. They know what they are talking about and give excellent advice. Thank you

I purchased two pairs of curtains and one big door curtain all in dark green Ari velvet back in January 2022, and my experience with this store has been first class. There was Fantastic customer service from Alyn from the moment I requested a sample through to free, patient and really helpful advice, as l had originally planned to buy fabric only, and finally to the order of made to measure eyelet curtains. The price for these curtains was almost half the price l had been quoted locally. Today I hung my final pair of curtains (my delay as the room redecoration took longer than planned) and l am so pleased that the length is perfect, they are gorgeous. The curtains are extremely well made, lined with quality lining material and fitted with well made antique brass eyelets. I will certainly return to this company for future purchases. Thanks to Alyn and the highly skilled seamstress for a job well done.

I have made 2 orders recently and the updates and delivery were fantastic. Placed an order in the evening and within 2 days it was here. This store is quick and efficient. When I need any more curtain material I will be ordering from the Curtain Fabric Store I fully recommend this online store.

Ordered my curtains on 3rd December, other than the order confirmation I never heard a word from Curtain Fabric Store, I would have expected an update but there was no communication whatsoever. I emailed them on 5th Jan to chase my order and got a reply with an expected shipping date of 17th Jan, this came and went so I chased again to be told the shipping date would be 21st Jan. They then informed me that my curtains had been shipped on 20th Jan. I asked them for a Tracking Number but not had a reply. My curtains have not been delivered to date 26th Jan. Customer liaison is appalling. I will be initiating a refund for the £600+ which I paid for two sets of curtains. I would NEVER use this company again. Not even worth the one star I had to give them.
**EDIT** After I had raised a case for a refund via PayPal I received a call from Curtain Fabric Store to apologise. They had input my address incorrectly and DHL returned the package to CFS, it was re-directed back to my correct address and finally arrived on 28th January and I have to say they are lovely, they are beautifully made so I have increased my star rating from a 1 to a 3. If the company had been a bit more proactive in their customer liaison I would not have felt so let down by them, hence why I am only giving 3 stars. The workmanship in the curtains is excellent, but the customer service is terrible.

Fantastic value. Excellent communication. There are all sorts of issues currently for manufacturers, but I was informed at all stages when I ordered my Roman Blind and I have recieived a fabulous blind which is superbly crafted. Certainly a five star business I would use again and recommend!

I was looking for black out lining and theirs was the best price even with postage! I called on a Saturday half expecting to get no reply but they were there and were very helpful, offering to send out a sample. They managed to catch the post and sent it first class so I received it today (Monday). I have now placed my order and they say it will be with me in 2 days. What a service, thank you!

Wanted to say a huge thank you for the service I received from Curtain Fabric store. Kath went out of her way to get the fabric I wanted. The price was the best anywhere. It arrived when expected and well packaged.
I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again
