I ordered a curtain pole from this amazing company a couple of weeks ago and it arrived the very next day! I was very surprised. The pole was very well packaged and we are very pleased with it. It was easy to put up and it looks great.

Very good quality pole, very simple to install and it arrived well protected and quickly. Recommend highly.

It is a good quality curtain pole although would have liked male and female connectors built into the pole for joining the two halves. The advice is to cut the pole where it joins in the middle but more sensible to cut at the ends as the finials cover the cuts and as mentioned if you have in built connectors in the middle it makes things easier. Screw for joining the two halves is not very good plus you have to be very precise drilling new hole.

Good quality product at good price. Delivery was quick and as quoted on website. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting curtain poles and rails

Arrived in good packaging ,pole looks great.
However I've not put it up yet as still decorating.

Excellent service, competitive prices,fast delivery although the package was damaged during shipping even though the goods was well packaged i noticed one of the brackets was damaged, after a quick email reporting the matter a replacement arrived foc the next day.

The curtain pole is a good standard however when I tried to return some items I have had no response whatsoever, despite emailing twice. Shocking service.

These curtain poles are as advertised on the website. Of good quality and were delivered very quickly. I'm pleased with them.

Very efficient and easy ordering system. Excellent on delivery. The pole has been checked and everything fine, just waiting for the fitter to do the job. We ordered a 240cm curtain pole but on arrival realised the wood didn’t match the rest of our furniture as closely as we had hoped. The curtain pole was still in its original box, completely unopened. When trying to return we were told we would have to arrange this ourselves and at our own expense; the parcel was too large for most standard delivery/returns companies and the cheapest available courier option was over £40. So in order to get a refund on our £50 curtain pole we were expected to pay £40 of our own money, making the entire process not worth it. Would advise against using this company if you think there is any chance you may need to return the product. The system is completely nonsensical.
