Great company to deal with
My wife ordered some spare curtain rings for the beautiful pole we bought last year. When the package arrived, it was damaged and the internal packaging was also damaged. Upon opening it, we gout the 2rings had been broken into pieces and another 5 had their brass eyelets squashed flat. Out of the 12 bought, only 5 were useable.
She emailed the company and got a reply by return saying replacements had been dispatched to arrive the following day.
I call that first class, excellent service. Thanks Manny at Curtain Pole Store.

Upon checking your account, it appears there was some confusion regarding the samples. The samples you originally ordered were from the Rolls Honister range; however, your final order was for an entirely different product and colour from our Integra pole set range.
The Integra range is one of our most popular lines, and while we apologize for the long lead time you experienced, the high demand for this specific product does occasionally impact stock availability.
Had a sample been requested for the Integra pole set prior to your purchase, you would have been able to see the exact colour before placing your full order. We appreciate your patience while waiting for this item to return to stock.

The delivery service failed to deliver…
The delivery service failed to deliver the consignment which they held at there depot for several days. I contacted the Curtain Pole Store to advise of the problem and they came back by return having ascertained from the delivery company that the consignment had been damaged in transit. The Curtain Pole Company immediately arranged for new poles to be sent which arrived the next day.
The product is of good quality and I can't praise the Curtain Pole Company enough for a very efficient way they handled the initial problem. Well done.

Good product, could improve their customer service.
I needed to return some stuff - the returns process involved them sending very hectoring emails with various hurdles to jump through and “computer says no” stances. However I have managed to return them, they were not totally unhelpful. The replacement poles themselves are very high quality and as advertised.
