Easy to order. Item arrived as expected. We ordered an extra long black pole 25mm and it is very sturdy and fixed up well. No problem at all :)

The pole and delivery was fine. Did you really have to send me 3 emails nagging me for a review? I would definitely not recommend your site to anyone I liked because of this intrusive policy.

Good customer service
In the last few years I've bought 8 pole kits from Curtain Pole Store. All were well priced and delivered promptly. Although the quality has been generally good, one of the kits had a manufacturing defect in one component, and another a design fault. CPS were not to blame for these failings of their suppliers, but on both occasions they reacted swiftly, effectively and without charge to replace the faulty part and provide a working solution for the design fault.

You ordered a low-level pole set from the Laura Ashley Mitchel range, which was 150cm and priced at £64.99. This particular item is not part of our premium range, and we regret if you found it to be expensive.
Regarding your comment about grub screws, these are only supplied with our metal pole sets. Your order would have included smaller screws designed to keep the finials and brackets in place. If these screws were not strong enough for your pole set, we would have been happy to provide longer ones.
We are truly sorry that you felt the need to rate our services on this platform before giving us an opportunity to resolve the issue.

We ordered our curtain poles over three weeks ago: money was taken and a message was sent to say our order has been processed.
Since then we have heard nothing, despite three follow up emails.
Has this company gone out of business? Is it a scam?

According to our records, the parcel delivery was attempted on September 2nd but was unsuccessful as you were not available to accept the order. The courier is now awaiting for you to rebook another delivery slot.
We experienced a software issue four weeks ago that prevented us from sending out tracking links. However, ParcelForce should have still sent you a text message to confirm the delivery.
We will send you a private email with the tracking information once you have rebooked your delivery.
