Terrible experience, I will never buy from this company again. Curtains arrived not as described on the website.Hopefully I can get my money back.

Wow I was reading through some of the bad reviews and was shocked to hear so many people had bad luck with this company. I was skeptical at first and it was a little more than what I normally spend on curtains but I have to say after opening them up and checking them out I was very impressed. They are the same if not better quality then some of the nicest curtains I have in my house. The design was exactly what was pictured on both of my sets of curtains that I bought. It did take a little while to get them in the mail but it was worth the wait. I would order from them again. And in no way my affiliated or am any part of this company for it is in China and that's a long ways away from me.

The curtains were more than I expected. The quality of material and the graphics were excellant.

I ordered the steampunk dark out curtains and vintage peacock prints 108×84 to cover sliding glass doors i will say my experience was great awesome product And I will definitely order here again I think the negative reviews are from competitors

There were many things wrong with my order and CurtainsIn customer service had no serious interest in correcting their mistakes and making my order right.
I bought a roller shade with a beach print on it from CurtainsIn. My order had 3 big problems.
1) CurtainsIn shipped me the wrong size shade.
2) The image on the shade was distorted from the image they depicted on their website.
3) They shipped the shade with no hardware. A roller shade has a roller mechanism with a pull chain to open and close the shade, all attached to the wall with mounting brackets. It is a part of the product. There were no parts, rendering the shade useless.
CurtainsIn website claims they have a reasonable return/exchange policy. Not true. When I contacted customer service, they said I could send the item back to China, at my expense, with no offer to exchange. Shipping to China costs more than the item, making a return not reasonable. CurtainsIn made mistakes on my order and then they require me to spend more money to get less money back in a refund. Who is stupid enough to do that? This is their scam. Wrong order, too bad, live with it. The only recourse I had was to contact Paypal to get my full refund.
For those in the future who risk buying from CurtainsIn, you better hope your order is correct, because there is no reasonable return/exchange with CurtainsIn.
I have since read other reviews of CurtainsIn, and I see that many other people have been scammed the same way. If this happens to you, I recommend you contact your payment method, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, etc. to complain, and if enough people complain, the payment services will terminate doing business with CurtainsIn. They already have my complaint on file.

SCAM! They get away with giving you only 20% refund because it costs $300 to send in back! The credit card companies and PayPal both require you to send your item back for a full refund. So, even though they sent me the wrong color print all I could get back was 20% of my money!

Total scam! Sent me curtains with stains all over them and said they'd only refund if I sent them back to them (in China) with tracking, which costs almost as much as the curtains so you are backed into a corner. Customer service absolutely useless. Like banging your head against a wall. Avoid!!!!

So I do not work for this company as stated by another client as to the only people who write a good review let's get that straight now. My curtains just arrived they are the size I ordered the material used is heavy material not cheap. It looks as it suppose to look and I am definitely happy at this point.However there was a little purple in the 3d picture that I didn't see or stated but I know as a artist it was to put more of a 3d affect to help the main picture stand out thank you from a happy customer.👍❤️❤️❤️ Two weeks since I ordered it also got it today

Any good review will be fake, they send you rubbish curtains that look nothing like the picture, they are based in china, so when you complain, they say sure send them back, you then go to the post office to find out it costs more to send them back than to keep them Total Scam, Paypal know and are looking into them, but that did not help me get my money back, they are still letting them use paypal. Be Aware, also this company is trading under 50 company names, return address is the same. SCAM!!!

Incredibly low quality and very far from the pictures advertised.
Stay away from this website.

Horrible experience! My order took months to come in with no updates as it was pushed and when it finally came the item advertised what not even close to what I received. The stitching, fabric and quality were horrible and the company would not accept a return even though they advertised 1 item and sent something different. DO NOT SHOP HERE - I ordered similar curtains from Amazon and had an excellent experience.

Easy and fast.
The photos are not as accurate as I would like.
However, the product was BETTER than the photos

Curtainsin is also a scam, just like Curtainsland. They will take your money and they do not accept refunds. There are different variations on these websites. Any website that begins with curtains you need to research. Trust me. Research any website that sells curtains from now on.

My curtains arrived in a decent amount of time and they are well made. Exactly as described. I would use this company again.

Excellent Product. Heavy weight curtains with well sewn hems. Nice color, grommets. Used for a backdrop for an expo presentation booth and they worked beautifully. Speedy delivery - I was very happy with my purchase of these curtains. They were just what I was looking for!

I have purchased from CurtainsIn on a number of occasions and have found their service to be outstanding. They have an excellent and extensive range of products and I haven’t had any problems with international delivery. The prices are excellent.

Love the star cutout curtains I bought for my daughters' rooms. They are thick and very feminine at the same time. Will definitely buy from curtainsin again.

Not as described product a misleading company who sell items and make it a struggle to refund or return back also make you repeat yourself a lot of times

Not worth the hassel.
The drapes are thin and dark in colour also rubbish 3D design the drapes in width are extra cost that keep gaps from showing also extremely heavy in weight.

Highly unsatisfied, don't recommend buying from them again.
