PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

OMG. Please do not buy from this website. First of all their stuff and curtains are coming from China. I am from Brazil and my English is very bad but their way to reply to the messages are kind of rude. The stuff are not helpful at all. Please do not buy from this website but if so do not pay for fast delivery as its curtains come from China it surely will not get to you fast... The curtains arrive after 2 months, it was dirty and wet. The curtain I ordered suppose to be with pink blackout fabric and white lace on the top of it. The blackout fabric was ok, it was pink. The lace fabric was cream, not white as showed in the picture, it was a kind of cream that only old and used curtains have, that kind of ''dirty'' cream visual, horrible, terrible really. I was so disappointed. They asked me to write and email to complain. Honestly, I am so upset and disappointed that I wont write the email, i will just take on my account the lost and forget about it all. The pain the deal with this people are so much that it is not worth any more waste of time on them.

Poor quality and service

I ordered a pair of light reducing curtains for my daughter's bedroom on 14th June. She chose them from the website and loved the cute panda design. They arrived on 4th July, which was pretty good considering they had come to the UK from China. However, when we opened them we were very disappointed. Although the design was exactly what was pictured on the website, the blackout lining was of poor quality and when I hung them at the window there were strips of bright light shining through as the curtains themselves were of thin material. As the curtains were not fit for purpose I emailed the company, asking for a refund and to send the curtains back. They offered a 5% refund and weren't very helpful. To cut a very long story short, we are still in dispute. The best offer of a refund has been 20%, even though I am entitled to 100% under UK consumer law. If I were to return the curtains the postage would cost me the original purchase price, give or take, and I would still only receive a 20% refund. They have asked me to keep them to save on postage but we wouldn't use them and I couldn't pass them onto anyone else as they don't work! All in all I wish I'd been more skeptical with online purchases and read the reviews first, but this is my first bad experience of online shopping, maybe I was too trusting!

July 17th I ordered curtain

July 17th I ordered curtain, they charge shipping fee also for 5 days delivery but till today i haven't recd those curtains, I think this company is fraud and i'm filling case against them in state of IL for fraud. BEWARE FROM CURTAINS

Must off been one of the lucky ones

I had ordered curtains from this company and then I read reviews so was really worried that I had made a mistake. But I didn't. The curtains arrived few weeks after and I am really pleased with them and my daughter can't wait for her bedroom to be finished so she can get them up.

Dispute it with your bank

Dispute it with your bank. They will not refund stating it is too expensive for them. Took two months to receive, poor quality and i had to buy a new set from somewhere else because it took forever to arrive.

Half of the items

I received goods after 3 month of waiting. However it was supposed to be a 2 part item. I only received 1. I raised a claim in paypal and now they are saying I need to provide a tracking number to send it back. I regret having bought with this company. I was surprised we received goods at all but it's frustrating it's only half the goods.

I have sent numerous emails chasing for my part delivered order, but no one really does anything apart from telling me to check with the post office. I am about to contacting my bank now to chase for £200.

My curtains actually arrived! But they’re not amazing

I didn’t look for reviews on this site until after I ordered and honestly they made me so nervous! I’d just forked out $250AUD (3 sets of 85”x95”) and after going through the 5 stages of grief I was content that I would never see that money again and that I should have known better and this was a good lesson.
BUT! My curtains actually arrived today!! (4 weeks from the date of ordering)
Although they are not very good quality..
The white backing is solid and they don’t feel like they’re going to fall apart in my hands.
The measurements are close enough.

Two main issues: 1. the picture is as specified but low quality so pixelated if you inspect too closely
2. The stitching is pathetic and they used white cotton for an entirely green curtain (so dumb)

In conclusion, I don’t think what I received is worth the amount of money I paid. But I am still reasonably happy with my purchase and may consider buying again if I could get a better discount and my expectations are realistic.

I ordered curtains on Jun 22 and June…

I ordered curtains on Jun 22 and June 29. I’ve contacted Curtainsin.com. I got a tracking order # for the second set of curtains, but not the first order. They told me to track the item at 17track. Up until Friday, they had the curtains sitting in California awaiting FEDEX or UPS. Now when I type the tracking number it there are no details. Today I was told by chat that I should expect them 7-10 days. I beginning to wonder. If they have been picked up by fedex or UPS, I don’t have a tracking number.

The money I spent was stolen by the company

I ordered a curtain for my son's room, paid for express delivery (5 business days) and now it's been over a month, the tracking I was given does not even show the product, and the "Customer Service" is a website chat program that is either automated or manned by individuals with poor comprehension of the English language offering only pre-set responses. I would recommend highly against using this company. I have accepted that the money I spent is lost and I will never get my curtain.

BEWARE

I placed my orders in May and to date have not received anything. I've attempted to contact them numerous times for actual tracking information and they only give me a tracking number for a USPS label created in California. I've mentioned to them that this is not proof that a package shipped from China and to provide the actually tracking number showing it shipped from China and they still have not provided anything. I will never order from this place again. I have an unfinished room and don't want to spend money on more drapes. I had to double my order since the curtains are wall to wall. I keep hearing they are a scam and at this point I am starting to believe it.

Avoid! Rip off, poor quality, faulty!

Avoid!!!

Curtains were NOT a true likeliness of the photograph online, poor quality abd faulty.

Currently ping ponging emails back and forth in an effort to return them fir a full refund. I suspect pigs will fly 1st.

They have offered me a 15% refund... Laughable as the refund prob wouldn't even cover the cost to send back from Scotland to Hong Kong.

AVOID like the plague!

CURTAINS STILL NOT ARRIVED

I ordered some curtains in April and they still havent arrived, each time I email them I get a response saying due to the current circumstances they are delayed but it has been four months now, I dont think they will ever arrive, I have asked for a refund but they just keep saying they will arrive I am now nearly £70 out of pocket for curtains I dont think I will ever receive.

Non delivery of goods and no refund

Ordered curtains april 2020. Not arrived after 3 months. Terrible customer services team. Rudely told to be patient and that products would arrive “in a few days” over a month ago. Refunded requested three occasions. No response to emails. Awful service. Strongly recommend avoiding this company.
