Don’t buy the curve smart home alarm unless you enjoy lots of false activations. Cannot believe this smart alarm system keeps arming itself at random times. The alarm is then activated and this can take several minutes to disarm. It’s as if the system is possessed! Wish I read the reviews before spending hundreds of pounds on an alarm system which is now going in the bin. No reply from customer services either. Potential buyers beware

After 3 years the least reliable parts of my home security system have a Curv label.

The doorbell battery is toast. The cameras only connect once and then fail constantly, and the alarm system is deeply unreliable.

The investment of over £400 has been poor and I am now slowly replacing all the above with unbranded Chinese products from AliExpress that are considerably cheaper and considerably more reliable.

Don't waste your money.

Rubbish alarm system and terrible customer service. AVOID..

We have a Curv alarm which is OK and we picked up due to having pets and their system being pet friendly. The issues started with the system being overly complicated, but the alarm just randomly goes off mainly in the middle of the night - even when not armed and you have to battle to turn it off and rest the system.

I've contacted customer service two weeks ago, send an email and chased 3 times and still have no help, spoken to anyone or any closer to getting this sorted.

Terrible company to deal with.

Avoid, customer service non existent.
Contacted customer services twice through their website contact form due to their Chinese Curv radiator valves failing to connect to the Chinese servers. No response on both occasions.
We have 15 “smart” radiator valves that are totally useless now.
Curve 360 and project solar are one and the same.
Avoid!

Adrian from curv360 rang me this morning and sorted my WIFI heating control, i had tried loads of times to sort it but could not get it to work again, Adrian was on the phone and sored it out in no time 😊

Had this system installed by Project Solar who claimed it was one of the best heating control systems. In use it is actually one of the worst. The remote function worked for a few weeks then would not reconnect. The support provided by Curv360 is virtually non existent and generally useless. Would give a 0 if I could

i have had problem with my sons scooter battery not switching curv 360 scooter on
been months now still waiting!! they said they have changed the style battery and charger and awaiting new stock of parts
i feel they are not being truthful as you check their website they dont even stock the curv 360 scooter anymore??
customer services not replying back now avoid this scam company i will change my review when i see my problem resolved so far nothing 0/10 been months YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
In a recent purchase it took them 10 days to send out the wrong items. The items were collected and replaced the following day but this time with used broken and faulty goods.
Although causing both reputational and financial costs as the items were contracted for delivery to a third party (they were also aware of this time requirement) and initially agreeing to replace and send directly to the third party they reneged and simple agreed to collect and credit. leaving me to source and dispatch alternative equipment overseas having missed the original UK delivery slot.

Rubbish home alarm system..

Don't waste your money buying a Curv 360 alarm and spend the extra cash on a more expensive brand. The alarm it's self is basic and complex to set up but the main issue is the alarm keeps randomly going off even when not alarmed - including the middle of the night.

Customer service is none existent and they just rush to get you off the phone and love getting back on email. Poor product and service unfortunately and I'm looking at a new alarm after 18 months already.

Absolutely a con company snap on dealer brought around 70 scooters all are broken now and no refunds for anyone no contact back anymore absolutely diabolical it’s just a con artist clearly, not a real company clearly or ran as one either, this owner has 19 companies listed all have no real revenue as clearly just scammers sort yourselves out and you’ve been reported to trading standards and the other relevant authorities your true rating is NEGATIVE 1 MILLION STARS

Ordered floodlight camera said next day delivery
Now two weeks on nothing has arrived have tried to contact them but can’t get through they do not answer emails
I am now going to contact my card provider to get a refund this is a rubbish company that don’t care don’t buy anything from them

Not answering multiple emails regarding my concern.

Very worrying to say this is regarding a home alarm system and I cannot get an answer from the company operating them.

I recently purchased a curv scooter had few problems with it.wouldn't charge phoned then up to then get told of be on a waiting list for delivery of a new battery because there depot was low on the stock paid 370 for a useless piece of technology.. please avoid

Wish I checked the reviews before ordering absolute shambolic customer service and products. I got an electric scooter over £350 it broke twice within 2 months same issue both times just cut of completely first time the customer service was great and sorted it fairly quickly. They fixed it and returned it same thing happened about 2 weeks late I returned again since that they still have my scooter which they’ve had over a month. They initially refused to refund me and said it will be a few weeks for the parts to repair. I said no I want a refund and stated customer law and my entitlement to a refund since then they have ignored emails for 3 weeks. I have tried calling and managed to get through twice both times promised a manager would call me back and surprise surprise no call back either time. Do not part money with this company.

I ordered this alarm kit for my home, the next day I received the parcel. Super fast delivery service, the parcel came in a nice design box, you can tell they have a high standard brand. Everything was separated neatly within the box, to my surprise when I paired the panel with my phone the whole system was set up for me!! Super easy to setup, also found the online youtube video a great help in pairing the system. Their customer service and simple set up guides are incredible. I will definitely be buying more products very shortly. 5* Seller and amazing product!!!

I bought a electric scooter, I use it for 2 weeks then it switched off by itself, I send it on guarantee, I receive my scooter back after 2 weeks with missing parts and screws, in very bad condition like someone used it, I bought new screws by myself and start using it again but again, same scooter switch off and never back on. The contact with customer service is really bad, reply for every single email after few days, and never pick up the phone, the quality of product of course really bad, scooter nearly £400 and battery faulty 2 times within a month. Not recommended.

I've been after some smart E14 candle bulbs for ages but the ones I've seen so far get bad reviews. As I use Openpay I came across Cürv online and saw that they did these bulbs. I took the plunge and ordered some for my main living room light that takes five of these E14 bulbs. My order was processed very quickly and arrived promptly. This was around 2 months ago now so I've had chance to use them a lot.

The bulbs work perfectly, the app was so easy to set them up on. The app has never failed me so far either. I use TP Link devices too so I'm surprised to see that the Cürv app is more feature packed and overall less glitchy than the TP Link one! One of the main points was that these bulbs do not give off any buzzing noise which I know a lot of smart bulbs do. I was so happy I ordered 3 more as spares for the future. You can set the bulbs to so many colours and patterns too.

More recently I decided to order a couple of smart extension bars and some smart plugs. I wish I'd known about Cürv before! I bought a load of TP Link smart plugs a couple of years ago and they are much clunkier than the Cürv ones. I don't know why as the Cürv ones have all the same functions including being able to check power usage. The Cürv plugs are so much neater and compact that I'll be replacing all my TP Link ones over time.

The extension bar is absolutely fantastic! You get 4 sockets instead of the usual 3 on smart extensions. Also 4 USB ports and the bar is extremely sturdy. There's plenty of cable length too! I did contact Cürv to ask about the cable length via email before ordering and they did get back promptly. So all in all I am very happy with their service and products. I just wish I'd known about them sooner as I want to replace all my TP Link smart devices with Cürv ones now!

Placed my order for a lightbulb, paid for it. I received a confirmation of my order then they disappeared. I sent them a message to as clarification but no one replied. I want my money back.
