If I could give negative stars I absolutely would.
Extremely disappointed. I’m used to shopping online and I’ve never been this disappointed before.

First of all, it was impossible to track my order. I had absolutely no way of knowing where my package was and received no updates for a long time. On top of that, their customer service is extremely poor and very difficult to reach.

After a full month and a few extra days, I finally received my order. I had ordered two Ultra Sculpt High-Waisted Tummy Control Flare Leggings in tall length because I’m 5’9, but both of them stop above my calves, which is extremely frustrating.

Not only is the sizing completely wrong, but the product also does absolutely nothing like what the name and marketing suggest. There is no “tummy control” or “sculpting” effect at all.

I contacted them to return the items and request a refund, but I am still waiting for a proper response.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed. DON’T EVER GET FOOLED BY THE MARKETING HYPE !!!

Horrible experience. Ordered two bras said they would be there within 2 to 5 business days, over two months went by and I still didn’t have them and had to email the company several times as the tracking didn’t change at all.
when I finally did receive them over 60 days later it was not even the bra that I ordered, not even the correct color. when I sent them an email to get a refund. They said they had to approve the refund first and tell me where to send it but instead they also said they’d like to just give me a &7 credit and I could keep the bras. I’m like no I don’t want the bras. I want my $49 back not seven dollars now I’ve had to send them that email three times and still I’m not able to get a refund, this site is an absolute scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.!

I would give 0.0 if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE… It’s China based like everything else with crap products. I bought a pair on stockings on 10/21/25, did not like and the product as was crap material, returned it and have been promised my refund with the same crap verbiage replies with still no refund of $38 to my account as of 2/21/26. They are scammers to Americans. At least they reply yes, but they are not smart or competent enough humans to issue a refund. So beware of this crap base so called company.

This company is the absolute WORST. No customer service product took months before it arrived October ordered received in December. Product was horrible , cut extremely small ,overpriced and never received credit once I sent it back. Do yourself a favor and order from another company.

If I could give zero stars. I would. I ordered two bras they took forever to come in. When I got them they were not at all like the ads or videos. The material was thin and cheap and not supportive at all. When I tried to contact them for a refund I never got a response. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS. I believe this website is a SCAM

Ordered leggings in nov, never got an order number, or the product. They took my money. I tried to dispute this on thire site, but i had no order number, so it wouldn't let me. My bank disputed it, and curv baby won. I am out of my money, and my daughter never got her Christmas present. Scam. Found on Facebook. Still nothing and its February 2026

Ordered 4 3X bras on 12/14/25. Never rec'd anything kept saying it was in transit for a month and a half. I wrote an email. Finally rec'd a reply and said they'd re-ship the bras. I said "great."
Rec'd the bras, and as others have pointed out they didn't receive the bras they paid for. Today is 2/5/26 and I plan to scan the original copy of my order showing the bras I ordered and take pictures of the bras rec'd and advise I'd like a refund.
The 3x bras they sent are not the product measurements on their online size chart. They are way smaller. I would need a 5x probably according to how small these bras are for them to fit me.
I will come back and update once I send my email and get a response re: if they will give me a refund or not.
I'm afraid like others I may be stuck with bras that don't fit me. We shall see.

If I could give this site ZERO stars, I would. THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered one of their fleece-lined leggings with a shaping compression waistband. I ordered my item on 11/24/25 and received my item on 1/27/26. TWO MONTHS for one pair of leggings! I paid $38. I think I found the site through an Instagram ad. When I received the leggings, it was THE WRONG LEGGINGS. It was a regular fleece-lined leggings with a regular waistband, and NOT the thick compression waistband. I emailed their Support email, and the only good thing I can say is that their Support is very responsive. HOWEVER, I asked for a refund and they proceeded to try and send me only $5, but I pushed back and then they tried to send me only $10. THEN they told me I needed to assume the shipping costs and return the item for me to get my FULL refund back. They are located in China, so the international shipping cost would be expensive. I've been fighting with them ever since I received the item on 1/27/26, but they continue to tell me that I have to ship the item back to them to receive a full refund. I also told them to just send me the CORRECT ITEM since they screwed up the order. They won't even send me the correct item!!! This tells me they are a SCAM and what you buy from their website is not the same product you will receive. The wrong leggings I received even as a HOLE in it!!! I addressed all of this to them and they proceed to just refund me back $12. I am sick of arguing with them. Please, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I shop online VERY often, and all of the customer service I've worked with always accommodated me, THE CUSTOMER, by either refunding me quickly or sending me the correct item ASAP, and this makes me become a regular customer. Curvebaby is a TERRIBLE company that scams you out of your money! STAY AWAY!

SCAM-DO NOT ORDER. I have waited over a month, contacted them only to get the runaround, tracking number said they made 3 attempts to deliver and returned to warehouse which was a lie, i have cameras at my house that notifies me of deliveries and i am home all day and they never tried to deliver, then curvebaby tried to offer me $24 refund when i paid $49, they said they are out money too. REALLY- not my problem. This is the email they sent me

I did actually receive items!
These were not the items that were pictured or what I selected. The sizes seem okay by the quality of the fabric is Sheinesque but not Shein pricing. I ordered two of the same bras one in black and one in red. They're completely different and the material is incredibly thin/cheap feeling. The leggings I ordered are okay. The fabric is cheap. I waited one month for almost a $100 order. Don't trust ads on Snapchat.

Ordered 4 bras and they never arrived and now they won’t give me a refund. I ordered December 7th 2025

I ordered two pairs of fleece lined tights and long straight leggings. For one - it took forever to get the order. When I finally did, the tights were good. Happy with those. But the leggings weren't sent. Instead, I was sent shorts. I let them know, and they offered to send me the leggings and I could keep the shorts... ok...fine. Again, it took weeks and I just got them today. The leggings have a wide flare at the bottom vs just straight legged like I ordered- and the leg length is for a child! Ridiculous!

Garbage products. Inaccurate website representation of products. Order 2 of the same bra in different colors and received 2 completely different items. Tried to contact customer service multiple times with no response. Don't waste your time or money.

I wear leggings all the time in the winter. I ordered the fleece lined leggings. They were too tight in the belly and really baggy in the legs. I reached out the company to find out how I could return them. They asked for information related to the order which I provided and again asked how to return the items. I did not receive a response. One week later I sent another email asking how to return the leggings. No response. I sent another email last week. Still no response. I am stuck with leggings I can't wear. I hope this review saves people money. Do not buy these leggings and l know that if you order, you will not be able to return items.

The items received were not what we ordered, I made several attempts to return the items for a refund, and its been nothing but a run around, offering me $12.00 when I paid $78, and refusing to provide a return address, this company is an absolute scam, buyer beware, do not order from this company.

Never received my order I spend almost 60 dollars request a refund they gave me the run around and never responded me clearly why my tracking # wasnt working, those is a fake company don't buy from it!! I ordered on November 4 ,2025 and as today January 21, 2026 i havent received nothing , no emails responding me or order

Negative stars. This company is a joke. I ordered my wife 4 bras on there bogo Christmas sale. We just got them finally I ordered 3XL they showed up like a medium. One of the four is made good but the other 3 are garbage. I tried to give them away and they won’t work even for a women they should fit. Know I’m going the return they want to me jump through all these hoops. I’m pissed. Snapchat really needs to vet these companies better they allow to advertise on their platform.

I would definitely give no Stars!!! I ordered Nov 8, 2025. It's January 21,2026 never got my order, got the run around thru an email. How is it that my items have been in customs clearing since 12-12-25 and it still says it's there. Asked for my money and no response! Do not Order anything!!! They are a scam!!!!
