We worked with Adam at Curveball Printed Media to print the most wonderful video brochure books for a client. The customer service throughout the entire process was exceptional. Adam answered all my questions in a timely manner and checked in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed for the project. The books were printed in record time, even arriving basically overnight from production in China. They were top-notch quality when they arrived and have proved to be a cutting-edge tool for our marketing needs.

Adam and team are easy to work with and always follow through. My orders have always been delivered in new condition and on time.

The quality of the books is better than we expected, they are very sturdy. We opted to load the videos on the devices ourselves, which ended up being a little bit of a head ache. For some reason our USB duplicator would not recognize the video books and a loadable source, so we had to upload the videos one at a time (FYI if this is your plan). However, our curveball POC was very responsive to all our questions and rolled with the punches of an indecisive client.
If we had opted to have Curveball load the videos, I think this would have been completely painless. We initially ordered a few hundred books for a pilot program and plan to stick with curve ball to fulfill future orders when the program is fully rolled out.

Working with Adam and Curveball Media is an experience that is second to none. Customer service is fantastic. Every question was answered, every expectation was exceeded. Excellent quality, very timely and overall enjoyable to work with. Confidence in quality and timeliness is not always easy to find in procurement of a video brochure, but you will find it here. I would not hesitate to refer or recommend Adam and Curveball Media. Keep up the great work!

They are the best provider of Video Brochures and Folded Printed Promotional material I have ever come across. They respond to inquiries promptly, provide competitive quotations which are nearly always accepted, troubleshoot on the rare occasions when some of our artwork is incorrect and deliver on time. Their billing and terms for payment are also better than their competitors. Their quality is unrivaled in our experience.

We have trialed many of their competitors and whilst we still occasionally seek out some alternative quotations, they consistently offer a deal which in total, including quality is better than all other offerings.
