The top didn't fit, so I asked for a return label. As others have said they won't take returns, they offered me 25% of the price back. I said no I want to return it, please send the address. They then offered me half the money back. I threatened a bad review here and they finally agreed on 3/4. To be fair I would have spent the difference on return postage.

My elderly mother ordered an outfit from this ‘English’ company for £32. When it arrived the top was huge and the skirt was tiny, the material was of poor quality. She contacted the service team for a return address and was basically fobbed off. The first response said she could have a full refund in the way of a gift voucher that could only be used in one transaction on their site, or she could accept £10 back and keep the outfit (why would she want to keep it??). She replied that this wasn’t acceptable and wanted to return the outfit and receive a full refund. The service team then replied again to say they could only offer her a £16 refund as the return address is New Jersey, USA!!! Absolutely appalling service - do not order from this terrible company!!

Clothes cheap. Very different to photos. Cheap material. I would avoid. All the one star reviews are correct.

Ordered a dress for my wife. When it (eventually) arrived the zip was broken.
Told me I had to return item, at my cost, to United States!!!!
Refused refund.

Great quality t-shirt, runs large. I like to wear looser clothes and this t-shirt is exactly what I want. I usually wear a 2X, but I wanted a little more room, so I bought a 3X. It fits me perfectly! I bought it in several colors. Very satisfied.

My mother ordered from them. Dresses arrived. Not at all like pictures, cheap material, horrible stitching, products smell like chemicals, no response to email to return products & get a full refund. Don’t order from them.

These shirts are amazing! They are so comfortable, cool, and look great. They fit true to size and haven't shrunk or faded at all after washing and drying. I bought them a few months ago and they still look brand new!

I am a size small however these trousers are much too small, may fit a small child! I asked to exchange them for Medium but no return details available and no answer given to my email request.

Ordered clothing and they are refusing to refund for items returned

What was I thinking? Always trusted sites ending .co.uk, but no more... Appalling product. They will NEVER accept returns (even though their website clearly says they do). They will NEVER refund your money 100%. I did manage to squeeze 75% back into my credit card from them in the end, but took some negotiating & I still kept £37 of vile, unwearable trash, which even my local Oxfam baulked at!

I would like to give no stars!!

This company is a complete joke DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

They do not have a proper returns process and they make it impossible to receive a refund and are asking for the item to be returned to New Jersey! I am in the UK!

They have offered 3 different refund amounts none of which total the cost of the item and I am loathed to give them bank details as this is probably another scam!!

Well have lost all of my 74pounds Curvedream.co.uk are con merchants and customers have no rights in.their eyes would love to know where they are based apparently in Secausus new Jersey although money taken in Paris SHAME on you Scammers

This company are disgraceful. The items I received were of poor quality and the sizing is ridiculous. I asked for return details for a refund and was offered a pittance of what I spent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I innocently thought they were a legitimate company but they are not.

Difficult to return items to. You need to email customer services to inform them of a return and I was then offered a partial refund of 50% or a voucher to spend on the site.
After investigating the postage to return items to New Jersey in the USA, it worked out that I would only get 50% of my money back so I agreed for the partial refund.
So PLEASE BE AWARE that return costs fall to you and check your measurements first.
As the return costs were high for me, this looked the best option. I don't know how things would have worked out / how difficult continuing the return would have been if the costs to me had been lower.
It would be helpful if the return address and information clearly stating customers are responsible for covering return costs was more clearly available on the website so people are aware before buying.

Having received 3 tops which were nothing like the pictures, awful quality and definitely not the size stated, I reached out to the company on how I can return the goods. Goods received last week. I am now onto email number 12 having explained about the tops. They keep offering me partial refund. I keep refusing. I am now upto 90% partial refund. I would clearly stay away from this company as the customer service side for returns is managed disgracefully!! Either that or they have employed bottom graded educated resources who clearly don't understand the terminology of FULL REFUND. I will never use this company again. I am sick of being scammed!! Folks you have been warned. This is fact not fiction and I can provide screenshot!!

Firstly deliver the goods I paid for 2 months ago.
It has been problematic from beginning to end - I feel sorry for the people dealing with emails on the Service email address.
It goes from blaming the delivery company, wrong tracking number, incorrect address ....
I have now been back to the Parcelstore so many times they barely talk to me and I was asked to change my home address to the Parcelstore for ease of delivery.
I have been told by the delivery company the goods have been returned, now there are queries about that.
Where do I go to from here.

Do not use! They will not refund.

Don't order they are an American company that sends good from China. My items were too small asked for refund and to send items back. Got offered 12% of what I paid and I could keep the items. Now up to 80%of what I paid and I can keep the items which as no good to me. Awful company don't use

So this is not a UK based company as they are advertising! I have received an order and the clothes are awful, don't fit, poor quality and I wouldn't wear them to do housework in.

So the issue comes when trying to return them. We are playing ping pong with emails.
- you keep the clothes and we give you £25
- I don't want the clothes I want my £96 back
- we give you £100 credit and you keep the clothes
- I don't want the clothes, give me an address to return them and give me a refund
- we give you half the money and you keep the clothes
- I don't want the clothes
- we give you £72 and you keep the clothes

I have now replied and said that I am going to take this further if I don't get a refund and a UK address to return the clothes to.

Please don't order from this company, the clothes look good on the website but they don't look like that they are poor quality, really cheap material and not very well made. Don't go through this never ending circle of emails trying to get a refund.
