Customer service communication is excellent. It doesn't make up for the fact that the items purchased were never received.

Would rate 0 if could. Do not buy from this company. Their products are rubbish and sizes not right. You can't return and they offer a partial refund which I'm still waiting for

Dreadful! Article NOT what it looked like in the picture AT ALL. Refund a nightmare, they keep offering to refund only part of the full price and make returns a logistical nightmare. Still waiting for my (partial) refund... Definitely stay away. Websites like these should be blocked!

Never received my order. They will not respond, nice pictures but no cloths!

I love their clothing but it takes a really long time to get the order and I written 3 times to inquire about my order on Oct. 14th. It is Nov.2 and I do not even know if it has shipped. Kathy Proctor

Tracking stated package was delivered and left by the front door. Unfortunately, it was not mine. After contacting customer service with no resolution I started to realize I was out of luck. Next day, a neighbor delivered the package which was left at his front door. He apologized for one of his children opening and destroying the packaging. Wrote another email to customer service and stated what I just described and asked how could I return part of the order. Packaging and return labels, etc. Have not gotten a response, perhaps that will be sent to my neighbor as well

This company is a sham. I ordered a gift (3items) for my daughter’s birthday and all three items were shabby, cheap, sizes incorrect. When I contacted the company I was offered 1/3 of the purchase price and keep unwearable garments….. is this how they make their money from people who don’t want the bother or hassle of returning items?? Think about it - why not just hand the money over and make them rich….🤨

BEWARE! Everything this company sells is CHEAP POLYESTER! They advertise that the product is 100% linen or cotton, and they are ALL cheap polyester.

American company that hides behind French law in the UK, so impossible to prosecute or get legal remedy from! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not buy from them - material quality varies (items advertised as cotton are in fact polyester) & sizings vary. They offer gift cards in compensation that you cannot get refunds or exchanges. A complete rip-off company totally lacking in a moral approach to selling.

Clothing is cheap and in order to return it, I need to pay for the shipping. I don't trust this company.

Rubbish ordered the Grey jacket with black piping , when I got it was like a pyjama's jacket, can't find where to return , closing is total rubbish I don't think I could give the excuse of the jacket away, DONT shop with this company , as far as I was concerned they get no stars on trust pilot

This company is a scam do not buy here. You get 10 sizes bigger than what you ordered. They look nothing like the picture. I gave them away due to the company not getting back to me ever.

Don't buy from these people. Product is not to size, shoddy workmanship and they don't refund. They will take back - shipping on your dime. Or give you a % refund or $ on another poorly made product. don't throw your money away. One month and still waiting for a % of refund.

I placed an order on 30th September 2025 and over a month later I still have not received the items.

Ordered three items , one of which was nothing like what i ordered, the other two items really rubbish material. I contacted curvedream to request a refund for all 3 items but was told they do not accept returns but offer a 30% refund and you keep the goods which I refused. Then they offered me 50% refund which I again refused now I have accepted a 70% refund which means I get £50.00 back on a £71.00 order. Now I wait 5 to 15 days for it to be in my account.This company is based in America with goods shipped from China, not a UK company be warned.

I ordered a dress last year. Very poor quality, didn’t fit well. Wanted refund they said keep it & gave me a gift card. I tried to use it multiple times & it wouldn’t work . I sent email with details of a top I would have using the card, was told I had to spend more than the card was worth to use it. !!!

I should have checked on the reviews before I ordered two dresses. I ordered them ten days ago. Dresses have not been shipped yet. I emailed the company & I received a poorly written letter apologizing and to be patient as custom is stricter these days. The dresses looked great but looking at the reviews, shouldn't count on the quality.

Spent 170 dollars got nothing pretty sure its a scam. Not happy jan

Would give zero stars if I could. Poor, poor quality. No response for how to return. Have been trying for weeks. DO NOT order from this company!
