I recently requested information on how to buy a replacement part for my Curver Bin. I didn't have proof of purchase as it was a gift and probably out of guarantee.
Within 24hrs of sending my email to customer services a replacement has been sent out to me free of charge.
So pleased for such quick friendly and helpful service from Amy Gilbert at Curver/Keter. This small part will allow us to continue using our bin and prevent waste.

Incredible customer service
I contacted Curver about a broken laundry bin lid after my son fell into it cracking a piece off. I asked to pay for a replacement as it was not their fault. Without any fuss a replacement was swiftly sent. No questions, no charge. Incredible customer service. Thankyou.

Excellent service and very fair
My bins lid broke after 4 and a half years. I thought it was for, well, a bigger bin but it turns out it had a 5 year warranty and Curver sent me a new one within a week. So it was a very nice surprise and they were friendly and efficient throughout.

Only to receive a toy dog (like you could get from the market) in a bubble envelope (no box)
Very disappointed and upset with this product

Bin needs binning.
Just been delivered from Amazon.
A very poor plastic bin....with A BROKEN LID MECHANISM.
PRICED JUST BELOW £40. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH QUALITY CONTROL AND AMAZON FOR NOT CHECKING EITHER.
CURVER USED TO BE TOP NOTCH....BASED ON THIS PRODUCT ITS A LOAD OF RUBBISH AND NEEDS BINNING!!!

The worse non-existent customer service!
I've messaged them multiple times over a month to ask them about their product breaking after 3 months of use, to confirm if I can claim under warranty and still no response! I have tried to contact time via their online form which you receive no auto response that they received it, I have contacted them online social media and still no response even though they have been online to post marketing stuff!
POOR POOR NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I won't be buying from this company ever again. The bin has a flimsy latch to connect the bag holder and they have clearly ignored my question and complaint. I have also bought a lot of their baskets and products. I will never spend my money with them again, because if you have a problem, you're not going to get help. Poor quality flimsy bin.

I bought a curver deco bin 50L i
I bought a curver deco bin 50L it fell to pIeces when taken out of box bits fell off foot pedal did not work plastic bits broken .
We had to modify the bin as the pin for foot pedal was not in there the plastic bits were broken it just fell to pIeces. It cost us £50.00 and is tat I would not buy again and would not recommend in fact I wish I could give a rating of 0
