My mistake for not reading the reviews…

My mistake for not reading the reviews first. I made a purchase on December 6 and didn’t receive a tracking number for 10 days. When I finally did, the tracking number was invalid. I attempted to contact customer service by email and received no response. The phone number 17349926507, of course it's disconnected.

After checking the reviews (1.5 stars), I saw many of the same complaints—sizing issues and customers not receiving the correct item. I eventually found an email address, curveveramaya@gmailcom
and received a response with an apology, which I don’t believe. I’ve since contacted my bank to file a dispute and informed them that this company is a SCAM.

I would rate this as a -0 if possible

1/14/26 - I have reached out multiple times since the response from Curvevera. They have done nothing to make this right. Filed a complaint with PayPal to get a refund.

**Update - I responded to Curvera that I did want them to reissue my order and here we are a week and a half later and no response… again.

I would rate this as a -0 if possible. I ordered on 11/2/25. On 11/20/25 the order was in Chicago. On 11/21/25 it was in Atlanta. The package has not moved since 11/24/25. I have received emails to give them a review on three occasions. I have emailed support on several occasions. I have been told that it is tied up in customs. Now they have quit responding to me. This is beyond frustrating. Do not order from this company. They will not help you locate your package.

Trash. Inserts wander.

The inserts / padding on the bra aren't set in place so they wander. I tried to reach Customer service for a refund and that was just a stupid headache. AVOID at all costs.

They say they are contacting me to resolve; they are not, they have not responded to emails asking for refund. (updated 12/30/25)

Durable & Easy to Care For

I've put this bra through a couple of washes and it still looks and feels brand new. No sagging, no color loss--and best of all, the underwire stays comfortable without digging in.

Scam

I ordered 2 bras 6 weeks ago. My credit card was charged, but I haven’t received my items. My order status says it is still processing. I’ve sent several emails but haven’t received any response and of course the phone number is not a working number. Save your money!

I would have rated zero if it was an…

I would have rated zero if it was an option!!!!!!

Took over a month for delivery. The customer service is abysmal. The communication is abysmal.

The sizing is absolutely shocking. I am a 16/18. The tan coloured fleece lined tights are a fight for my skinny 15 year old to put on, these were meant to be a size 2xl/3xl. Absolutely not!!!!
I also ordered one of the fancy popular bras! Again the sizing is awful. The material is cheap looking and feeling.

As with other reviews. Currently in a battle with customer service regarding sending back and refunding.

Absolutely avoid at all costs!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This company deserves a 0 star no doubt!

I was in desperate need of bras and I ordered $130 worth of bras from Curvevera. It took quite some time to get and when I finally received them, the were GARBAGE! The bras are extremely poorly made and the material is like cheap panty hose material. The bras have absolutely no support and some are even see through. The sizing is completely off as well.

I have been emailing back and forth with the company trying to get a full refund. They told me I could only get a full refund if I shipped the item back to China which would cost me more than what I spent!! They finally offered me less than half of the amount I paid for. A COMPLETE SCAM!

I will be filing a complaint with the CCA (China Consumers Association) in hopes that this will stop others from being scammed.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!

Do not order from this company!

Do not order from this company. They lie about their sizing. Large breasted women the 3X size is probably the same as a medium size. When trying to return this is the message I sent and the one I got back: This bra is way too small for a 42 H. I need to return it.
I'm sad and exasperated because I see so many models on your webpage and advertisements that are big like me wearing the bra and recommending it. I followed the size chart. Sigh.
Message I got back: Dear Customer, we apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. However, since we have already made payment and you have received the product, a full refund is not possible. After negotiation, we propose the following solutions: Solution 1: We are willing to pay you $8 as compensation. Solution 2: Dear customer, if you insist on a refund, please return the product to this address. We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving the product. After sending the product back, please provide the return tracking number so we can track the shipment. Thank you for your letter.

SCAM FROM CHINA

SCAM FROM CHINA. Take your money & you never receive product. The tracking makes absolutely no sense which is when I caught on. The number to call for customer service does not work. I have emailed them numerous times as well, requesting a refund. They only say, "It is on its way" and do not touch on the subject of wanting a refund. I should have read the reviews on google. I admit, I was caught up on the ad's I kept seeing on social media. Lesson learned but hopefully with a review I can help someone else not to make the same mistake.

False Advertising

I would give a zero rating if I could, but I can’t. The ads are misleading and inaccurate. The sizing is way smaller than stated and the measurements are inaccurate as well. I measured prior to ordering to make sure I got the right size. It arrived today and I can tell you it is two sizes smaller than expected. Shipping took forever and returns are nearly impossible and definitely not worth the hassle. Let’s just say, I lost $60 that I will never get back or even use the item that I thought was pretty awesome while watching the videos ads and website reviews. RUN FAST!! DON’T ORDER FROM HERE!

Complete garbage

Complete garbage. I finally got the bra I ordered after 3 months of waiting and it was the cheapest, flimsiest piece of junk I've ever seen. The sizing was totally wrong and even though I ordered my size the bra would barely contain my cleavage. I wish I had done more research and seen all the lousy reviews before I ordered, my bad. I contacted the seller, expecting to hear back from a customer service rep at Curvevera, and asked for my money back. This was the response I got: Dear customer, we apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. However, we did cover the product cost and shipping, and you have already received the product, so we cannot offer you a full refund. After negotiation, Option 1: We are willing to pay you $6 in compensation. Option 2: If you truly require a full refund, you will need to ship the product back to us at your expense. This is a loss for me, and I sincerely hope you will accept my offer. Please select one of these options and let me know. Please accept my apology. Please let me know your choice. Address: Haobaoxing Zhihuicheng, No. 650, Daozhoushi Road, Hangcheng Street, Bao'an District. Yes, you read it right - this scammer is actually having a pity party about how he had to provide and mail the product that I paid him $30 for. Uhmmm....isn't that what an online business does?
